ReopenNH Position on Budget Compromise: Publicly Announced Agreement Acceptable Regarding Emergency Powers Reforms

A last-minute deal negotiated by N.H. House Majority Leader Jason Osborne between RebuildNH-supported representatives and the governor delivered commitments to fix the unconstitutional state of emergency statutes this fall leading into the beginning of the next session in January. ReopenNH believes this deal is an acceptable solution to remedy the constitutional crisis we've lived in for the past 15 months. Details about the deal have been published in NH Journal, a Media publication of record for the state, and the governor has signed a letter indicating his support for the deal. We appreciate the hard work that House Majority Leader Jason Osborne and others have put toward negotiating this deal as part of the budget agreement. We could not have accomplished this deal without your help, and we thank YOU for your work advancing this agreement as well.

It's appropriate to acknowledge the accomplishments of 2021 and celebrate moving the needle back toward liberty. We are looking forward to the Legislature executing on the necessary constitutional reforms promised by Gov. Sununu that further strengthen our achievements. These achievements will not end our advance toward liberty, since we still need to ensure that no governor and no legislature can ever violate the constitution under any circumstances ever again. The people must remain ever vigilant. Let's celebrate our victories and then get back to work. #rebuildNH

Powerful testimonies from COVID vaxxed individuals who have suffered enormously. These people are disabled, unable to work (and no doubt burning through savings), and quite literally in a daily hell of pain. All because our health "authorities" told everyone that the vaccine is "safe and effective," despite having little to no evidence that was actually true. Meanwhile, the medical establishment is disinterested in their plight AND these people have no recourse because Big Pharma has full immunity from liability from the damage and death these products are causing.
