A moment we’ve all been waiting for: Hamas captivity survivors Eli Sharabi (left) and Alon Ohel (right) reunited at last. From the darkness of Gaza’s tunnels to the light of freedom in Israel. 🇮🇱💙

Both kidnapped on October 7, 2023, Eli Sharabi was released after 491 days in captivity in February 2025, leaving behind his friend Alon Ohel, who was held for more than two years and finally released on October 13, 2025.

Na última quarta-feira (26), uma nova pesquisa apresentada na conferência anual "Israelis in Europe Against Antisemitism" mostrou que quase 65% dos israelenses que vivem no continente se sentem menos seguros desde o massacre de 7 de Outubro. O relatório reflete o aumento expressivo do antissemitismo atualmente e motivou reações de organizações como a Comunidade Israelense na Europa (ICE) e o Movimento de Combate ao Antissemitismo (CAM), que organizaram a conferência para discutir o tema.

O estudo aponta ainda um declínio acentuado na sensação de segurança pessoal e revela que 70% dos entrevistados testemunharam ou sofreram incidentes antissemitas após os ataques terroristas do Hamas no Sul de Israel. Muitos passaram a evitar símbolos israelenses ou judaicos em espaços públicos.

Maya Wolfberg, diretora do Departamento de Antissemitismo e Memória do Holocausto do ICE, afirmou: "Para mim, esta conferência não é apenas um evento, é um processo, tanto pessoal quanto coletivo". Ela acrescentou: "Como neta de sobreviventes do Holocausto que vivenciaram o período estando escondidos, é difícil aceitar que hoje existam israelenses e judeus na Europa que sintam a necessidade de se esconder por causa de sua identidade".

November 29th, 2025, should have been Shani Gabay’s 28th birthday, but her life was stolen by hate.

On October 7, 2023, Shani was at the Nova Festival in southern Israel when the Hamas massacre erupted. Initially, her family believed that she had been kidnapped into Gaza, as her remains could not be located.

Forty-eight days later, Shani’s family received devastating news: Shani had been murdered that day and her remains had been accidentally buried with those of another young woman. During the massacre, Shani and others had taken shelter in an ambulance that was brutally targeted by Hamas RPGs, murdering everyone inside.

May Shani’s memory forever be a blessing. 🕯️

Newly declassified files from Argentina show authorities knew exactly where Nazi butcher Josef Mengele was, yet he lived freely. Mengele was known as the “Angel of Death,” due to his inhumane and sadistic medical experiments on prisoners at the Nazi death camp Auschwitz. Yad Vashem — the World Holocaust Remembrance Center estimates that one million Jews were murdered at Auschwitz. Up to 5,000 Nazis are believed to have settled in Argentina, including Mengele and Holocaust architect Adolf Eichmann, who was captured by Israeli agents and executed after his trial in Jerusalem.

Ontem, dia 30 de novembro, foi comemorado o Dia da Partida e Expulsão dos Judeus dos Países Árabes e do Irã. A data foi estabelecida por Israel em memória dos cerca de um milhão de judeus que foram forçados a deixarem suas casas no Oriente Médio após a criação do Estado de Israel em 1948.

Infelizmente, muitas vezes esses refugiados são esquecidos pela comunidade internacional. Lembrar deles, no entanto, é cada vez mais necessário, principalmente no contexto atual.
