According to the recent SIPRI report, almost all Israeli arms imports come from companies in the United States and Germany. In 2023, Israel imported 69% of its weapons from the United States, 30% from Germany, and 0.9% from Italy.
In late 2023, the US quickly supplied Israel with thousands of guided bombs and missiles. Expected deliveries of major weapons to Israel included 61 fighter aircraft from the US and 4 submarines from Germany,” the report said.
