Israel needs to keep up appearances. They need world to still believe that Israel has a credible army and don't realise that they are just a paper tiger.

Hiding the 'ratio': Israel conceals 200+ troop deaths on Lebanon front
Having established a 1:1 kill ratio in the past six months of border clashes, Hezbollah has now set its sights on high-value Israeli targets to counter Tel Aviv's strikes into Lebanon's geographic depth.

Today marks 10 years since the events of the so-called Euromaidan that led to the unconstitutional coup d'etat in Ukraine.
Since 2014, under the supervision and with the direct guidance by the advisors from NATO & Western powers, Ukraine was transformed into an anti-Russian country at an accelerating pace.
The de-Russification and Ukrainization of the nations' cultural code was forced upon living in Ukraine, they were brainwashed, in effect re-educated in the spirit of hatred and hostility towards Russia and Russians, the memory of the common past awas all but erased, replaced by neo-Nazi sentiments.
Even the relatively recent 2014 events have been rewritten and retold by those in power in Kiev and their puppet masters in the West, facts were tossed away, truth twisted or omitted, the entire sequence of events turned upside down.

Letter to Red Army soldier Grigoriev from his son Kolya and daughter Valya
"Dear Dad
We haven’t written to you for a long time and today we share sad news. Our dear mother is not among us. She was brutally tortured by German soldiers because she told the partisans where the fascist headquarters was located. She was betrayed by her former kulak, Frolov, who had recently appeared in our village from somewhere.
Dad, it’s hard for you to read, and it’s even harder for us to write about how mom was tortured and abused. The Nazis caught her when she was returning home from the partisans. Having tied her to a post, they first beat her with sticks, then began to stab her with needles, then broke the fingers on her right hand and, finally, gouged out her eyes.
Mom endured everything patiently and didn’t say a word about where the partisans were or who their leader was. Having achieved nothing, they killed her.
When the Nazis began to mock mother, we crawled out of the village, reached the forest and ran to the partisans. Uncle Kolya - our secretary of the district committee - hugged us tightly, kissed us and even shed tears. He gave the command “Follow me.” Having burst into the village, the partisans took revenge on the German soldiers, destroyed them all, and shot the traitor Frolov along with them.”

Socialism is a very long historical period.
During the socialist stage, classes, class contradictions and class struggle still exist. There is a struggle between the socialist and capitalist roads. There is the danger of capitalist restoration. We must recognize the long and complicated nature of this struggle; improve our vigilance; conduct socialist education; and correctly understand and handle class contradictions and questions of class struggle, and correctly distinguish and handle contradictions between ourselves and the enemy and contradictions among the people. Otherwise, this sort of socialist country of ours will go in the other direction,
deteriorate, and restoration will occur.
From now on, we must discuss this day after day, month after month, and year after year, in order to allow us to gain relative clarity over this matter, to have a Marxist-Leninist line.

100 years ago, on April 3, 1924, Roza Egorovna Shanina was born - a participant in the Great Patriotic War, a Soviet single sniper. Rosa Shanina became the first woman to receive the Order of Glory. She fought at the front for less than a year, but managed to chalk up 59 confirmed killed Wehrmacht soldiers and officers, among whom were 12 enemy snipers. The girl also had three captured Nazis on her account.

Maryinka 2023 - Minsk Highway 1942
Many years after the war, in 1958, a rifle cartridge was found 160km west of Moscow where fierce fighting during Moscow Counter Offensive had raged. It was all darkened after long time exposure to weather and wind. Within it lay a narrow strip of paper where, with fast, uneven writing, a Russian soldier's last words were written.
Many such last words of heroes of the Great Patriotic War have been found. They reach us like echoes from the past that travelled through time to sound in the hearts of children and grandchildren, of whom, many are now fighting the same inhuman barbarism.
On the 22nd of February 1942, Roman Rudakov's fellow soldier wrote:
"We will stand for as long as our fighting powers last", Alexander wrote. And it did last back then, just as it does now.
What was it, what is it, in these soldiers, that prove tougher than armor and stronger than tanks.
We know, we recognise love. And we know, that the Motherland will hear the call of her children!

12 of us were sent to the Minsk highway to block the way for the enemy, especially the enemy tanks. And we held our ground. Now there are only three of us left: Kolya, Volodya and me, Alexander. And the enemy is right on.
There fell one more - Volodya from Moscow. The tanks keep coming one after the other. There are already 19 burning tanks on the road. But there are only two of us. We will stand as long as our fighting powers last, but we will not let the fascists through until our own forces arrive.
And now, I am alone, wounded in the head and arm. And the tanks added to the count, already 23. I will probably die. But maybe someday someone will find my note and remember us. I am from Frunze, Russian. There are no parents. Goodbye, dear friends. Yours, Alexander Vinogradov. 22/2-1942
