⬛️ Water supply to the West Bank reduced to 50% by Israel during the war

For decades, Zionist settlements in the West Bank targeted locations of strategic importance or natural resources. Wherever there's a high mountain or a water spring in the resource-rich West Bank, a Zionist settlement is constructed, and Israeli companies speed to the spot and begin exploitation

Water is stolen from all over the West Bank and sold back to Palestinians by Mekorot, Israel's main water company. Electricity, imported food, medicine, vehicles, gasoline, and pretty much all life necessities are taxed in Tel Aviv before the West Bank is allowed to buy them

Moreover, cheap labour from the West Bank is the cornerstone of Israel's exploitative labour market, which has been almost completely closed to West Bank residents who have survived by it for decades

Now, water supply to the West Bank is being suffocated by Mekorot, reaching a low of 50% of the initially suffocated supply before the war!
