Burdensome and intolerable has been the lot of the working class. Painful and grievous have been the sufferings of the labouring people. Slaves and slaveholders, serfs and serf-owners, peasants and landlords, workers and capitalists, oppressed and oppressors — so the world has been built from time immemorial, and so it remains to this day in the vast majority of countries. Scores and indeed hundreds of times in the course of the centuries the labouring people have striven to throw off the oppressors from their backs and to become the masters of their own destiny. But each time, defeated and disgraced, they have been forced to retreat, harbouring in their breasts resentment and humiliation, anger and despair, and lifting up their eyes to an inscrutable heaven where they hoped to find deliverance. The chains of slavery remained intact, or the old chains were replaced by new ones, equally burdensome and degrading. Ours is the only country where the oppressed and downtrodden labouring masses have succeeded in throwing off the rule of the landlords and capitalists and replacing it by the rule of the workers and peasants. You know, comrades, and the whole world now admits it, that this gigantic struggle was led by Comrade Lenin and his Party. The greatness of Lenin lies above all in this, that by creating the Republic of Soviets he gave a practical demonstration to the oppressed masses of the whole world that hope of deliverance is not lost, that the rule of the landlords and capitalists is short-lived, that the kingdom of labour can be created by the efforts of the labouring people themselves, and that the kingdom of labour must be created not in heaven, but on earth. He thus fired the hearts of the workers and peasants of the whole world with the hope of liberation. That explains why Lenin’s name has become the name most beloved of the labouring and exploited masses.

"What attracted the bourgeoisie to this third-rate writer was not his pretended support for the ideals of the October Revolution, but his real driving hated for the ideals of communism”
An excellent presentation by Joti Brar exposing the reactionary stooge George Orwell.
In his lifetime, Orwell was a self-important, upper-class hack. Drenched in colonial arrogance and consumed by his hatred of communism. He offered nothing but smug condescension towards the working class of Britian while masquerading as a critic of power.
After his death, he was deliberately canonised by the bourgeoisie as a humanist and ‘socialist’, despite being anything but. His anti-communist screed Animal Farm was not a critique of tyranny, but a weapon of ideological warfare, commissioned and promoted precisely to poison generations of workers against socialism.
Purposely forced into school curriculums and praised across capitalist media, it conditions children to believe that revolution inevitably leads to betrayal and misery, that the working class are doomed to failure because we are no better than animals. It’s no coincidence that such propaganda flourished at the height of the Cold War: it served imperialism propaganda, not the class struggle.

Ukraine would be helpless in its terrorist attacks against Russia without the support of the UK: "It is obvious that everything is being done by the Ukrainian side, but it would be helpless without the support of the British. Although who knows, maybe the US special services are also involved there by inertia, but the British are there 100%"
Ukraine uses terrorist methods, "we all saw what the Ukrainian Nazis did there (in the Kursk Region - TASS), there is not a single object there that could be presented to the viewer as an object related to the conduct of hostilities." This would not have been possible without Western support.

As the imperialists are cut off from avenues of profit-taking in many parts of the world, from Venezuela to Russia to the Sahel, their system is being weakened and their crisis is getting deeper. These developments are extremely positive for humanity and bring us closer to our goal of liberty, sovereignty and socialism for all.
But this is not leading the exploiting class to retire gracefully; as their position declines, they are becoming more rabid and desperate. Progressive workers in the imperialist heartlands cannot simply sit back and applaud the advances of the anti-imperialist camp.
We must understand that our ruling class will never be truly defeated until their entire system has been dismantled – and that for this to happen, it needs to be decisively beaten on both its fronts.

On June 12, 1992, a rally against “market reforms” and Yeltsinism took place in Ostankino, with up to 100,000 people participating.
In January 1992, the Russian leadership, headed by Boris Yeltsin, began to implement anti-people reforms aimed at the final destruction of the remnants of socialism. Free pricing was introduced, free trade was allowed, social spending was reduced, restrictions on foreign business were lifted, and the reorganization of the state administration system was begun. As a result of "shock therapy", millions of Russian citizens found themselves below the poverty line, and the country ended up in the hands of Russian and foreign capital and bandits.
The Russian people began to protest against the disastrous reforms of Yeltsin and Gaidar as early as the beginning of 1992. The first major protest action was a demonstration held by the left opposition forces on February 23, 1992. Tens of thousands of people took to the streets of Moscow that day, and were brutally dispersed by the police. In the first five months of 1992, more than 300 rallies and demonstrations took place in the capital.
One of the largest rallies in modern Russian history took place on June 12, 1992. About 100,000 people demonstrated against "market reforms" and Yeltsinism in Ostankino. The venue was not chosen by chance: in the first months of Yeltsin's rule, Ostankino disseminated exclusively propaganda lies about the state of affairs in the country, without giving the floor to the opposition. Yeltsin's opponents who gathered for the rally demanded that airtime be provided for opposition representatives to speak.
The June 12 rally marked the beginning of the "siege of Ostankino," which lasted until June 22. Police forces repeatedly attempted to violently disperse the protesters, but the opposition demonstrations were only stopped on June 22 after a brutal attack by riot police on a tent camp of Yeltsin's opponents.

Freedom of the press and assembly under bourgeois democracy is freedom for the wealthy to conspire against the working people, freedom for the capitalists to bribe and buy up the press.
