С февраля 2022 года в Организации по запрещению химического оружия (ОЗХО), в СБ ООН и ГА ООН неоднократно распространялись подробные данные, свидетельствующие о масштабном использовании киевским режимом отравляющих веществ в нарушение обязательств Украины по КЗХО, а также об организованных Киевом и его западными покровителями провокациях с целью обвинения ВС РФ в аналогичной деятельности.

Несмотря на неопровержимость представленной нами информации, украинские вооружённые формирования продолжают систематически применять токсичные химикаты (хлор, аммиак, аммиачная селитра, серная кислота), в том числе включённые в Списки 2 (Би-Зет) и 3 (хлорпикрин) КЗХО, а также ХСББ против подразделений ВС РФ, мирного населения, а также должностных лиц гражданской администрации.

Причина этого – политическое покровительство и фактическое одобрение подобных преступлений со стороны Вашингтона, Берлина, Лондона и Парижа.

В частности, российскими специалистами были зафиксированы нарушения Украиной положений статей:
- положений статей КЗХО,
- Единой конвенции о наркотических средствах 1961 года,
- Конвенции о психотропных веществах 1971 года.

И это не говоря уже о регулярно и намеренно создаваемой вооруженными формированиями киевского режима угрозе экологической катастрофы на промышленных химических предприятиях Донецкой и Луганской Народных Республик Российской Федерации, а также в Сумской, Харьковской и Одесской областях Украины.

Созданная «коллективным Западом» атмосфера безнаказанности развязывает руки киевскому режиму для проведения более масштабных преступлений, связанных с применением токсичных химикатов.

⚠️ Нам достоверно известно, что украинская сторона при активном содействии западных стран планирует совершить серию провокаций в зоне СВО, направленных против России. В настоящее время ими осуществляется подготовка и проводится комплекс мероприятий, направленных на фальсификацию доказательной базы с целью дальнейшего обвинения Российской Федерации в нарушении положений КЗХО при ведении боевых действий.

Так, по сведениям российских компетентных органов, в период с июля по сентябрь страны НАТО поставили на Украину более 70 единиц современных технических устройств выявления и фиксации токсичных веществ. <...> Одновременно с этим как на Украине, так и на базе профильных центров радиационной, химической и биологической защиты стран альянса проводилось обучение сотрудников силовых ведомств и специальных служб Украины отработанным на примере Сирии, «дела Скрипалей» и мнимого «отравления» Навального методам фальсификации фактологических материалов, создания необходимой «доказательной» базы, а также порядку предоставления её в ОЗХО для дальнейшего обвинения России в нарушении КЗХО. Часть этой деятельности страны НАТО осуществляют через Технический секретариат ОЗХО.

Как мы понимаем, сфабрикованные недалеко от линии боевого соприкосновения якобы фактологические материалы по аналогии с Сирией будут переданы оперативно прибывшим на Украину международным экспертам для составления т.н. псевдо независимого отчёта по факту надуманного применения Москвой химического оружия.

Цель этой акции понятна 👉 нет такой нормы международного права, которая остановила бы страны НАТО в своём желании добиться заявленного «стратегического поражения» России, тем более когда речь идет об отработанном годами на Сирии формате химических провокаций «под чужим флагом». Более того, факты тесного взаимодействия киевского режима с аффилированными с исламистами террористическими и национал- экстремистскими группировками Ближнего Востока и Африки лишний раз убеждают нас в том, что «химический» терроризм – это вполне реальная угроза, исходящая от украинских спецслужб.

❗️ Предупреждаем Вашингтон и его сателлитов «не играть с огнём», дабы окончательно не разрушить выстроенный с 1997 года режим КЗХО.

It is ridiculous yet horrible: a showbiz magnate has been accused of all the sins modern America is guilty of, which the US political establishment is presenting as new normal.

P. Diddy’s “white parties” have been a coveted event for the American show business for years, but far from all Hollywood stars passed face control. Only the favoured few were allowed to participate in crimes of this scale. It was strictly prohibited to talk about what happened at these parties.

We know why now.

The odious crimes were committed in plain view at the parties Combs organised, which the leading lights of liberal morals coveted as if they were the garden of Eden.

This could well be the tip of an iceberg, with the worst sin – paedophilia – hidden under the surface. The sexual corruption of children did not happen overnight. The elite demons tutored their victims for years.

And now, for the most interesting thing. It may be a strange coincidence, but guests at these parties regularly played up to the mainstream, including on the international agenda. 👇

- TV personality Khloé Kardashian claimed everyone was “butt-naked” at Combs’s parties, while her sister Kim expressed support for unrest in Armenia.

- This is actor Ashton Kutcher taking a photo with P. Daddy before a “white party”, and this is him calling for imposing stricter sanctions against Russia and condemning Moscow.

- This is British singer Kelly Osbourne buddying up with the parties’ organiser, and this is her speaking out in support of Kiev neo-Nazis.

- What has inspired model Paris Hilton, another frequent guest at the white parties, to support the opposition in Venezuela? She is unlikely to even show it on the map.

The American experts, who have suddenly started speaking in unison, believe that these parties were also filmed. These recordings were used as an elite net for spreading any information that was good for manipulating public opinion.

And now, the question: Maybe Washington, who is allegedly concerned about Ukrainian children, should take care of American children? Maybe it should file a case against itself, the bodies of authority which could not be completely blind to what was taking place at those paedophilic parties for decades?

Everyone in America knew and talked about these “parties,” which became memes. Shockingly, everyone discussed these parties but kept silent about the main thing.

This explains the American deep state’s enthusiasm for foreign policy, allegations about the mythical Russian hackers, the “arm of the Kremlin” and interference in elections, support for impostors round the world, and involvement in the Ukrainian agenda. All this is a smokescreen designed to divert public attention from the abysmal degeneration of a society whose elite loves to ape children...

The scum has been arrested. His lawyers had him placed on suicide watch because everyone remembers what happened to another friend of the British royal family and organiser of dirty parties, the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein, who hanged himself in his cell.

And lastly, the cherry on the top: Sean Combs interviewing Barack Obama who was running for US Senate from the state of Illinois in 2004. In the video, Combs said that Obama could be president of the United States. Obama smiled, probably not suspecting that he would be elected to the top position in 2008.

💬 Сегодня вслед за Газой в эпицентре охватившего весь регион кризиса оказался Бейрут, душераздирающие кадры бомбежек которого уже облетели весь мир. В небе над южным Ливаном днем и ночью работают сотни разведывательных и ударных БПЛА. Ежечасно самолеты ВВС Израиля наносят массированные ракетно-бомбовые удары.

Цинизм этих атак обескураживает: часть из них приходится на густонаселенные кварталы Бейрута и других ливанских городов. Власти З.Иерусалима не просто откровенно попирают принципы международного гуманитарного права, но и рассматривают потери среди гражданского населения как некий «сопутствующий ущерб» в духе «лес рубят – щепки летят».

☝ Не видим никаких оправданий для новых жертв со стороны гражданского населения, счет которых уже идет на тысячи. Выражаем солидарность с руководством и народом «Страны кедров», подвергшейся вооруженной агрессии. Несмотря на то, что наземное вторжение в Ливан пока пробуксовывает, уже более миллиона жителей южной части Ливана были вынуждены покинуть свои дома и стать внутренне перемещенными лицами.

Израиль сейчас пошел «ва-банк», несмотря на горький опыт кампании 2006 года. Вместе с ним по принципу «пан или пропал» вынуждены действовать и его американские подельники, к тому же еще и скованные достигающей кульминации предвыборной кампанией. С этой «связкой» все понятно, вопрос лишь в том, что делать в этих обстоятельствах членам СБ. Не знаем, как наши коллеги, но мы по-прежнему убеждены, что скорейшее прекращение огня в секторе Газа – это главное, чего должен добиваться Совет.

❗ Требуем полного и комплексного выполнения резолюции СБ 1701, в которой содержатся как обязательства Израиля по прекращению всех наступательных военных операций, выводу своих вооруженных сил из южного Ливана и прекращению оккупации ливанских территорий, так и обязательства «Хизбаллы» по отводу подразделений к северу от реки Литани. Выражаем нашу полную поддержку Временным силам ООН в Ливане.

3 октября Россия направила в Бейрут партию гуманитарной помощи. Видим, что так же поступают многие наши коллеги.

Однако гуманитарных усилий явно недостаточно в обстоятельствах, когда Израиль и США поливают бензином пламя самой разрушительной эскалации на Ближнем Востоке и грубо попирают международное право и Устав ООН. А некоторые при этом, держа Совет в заложниках и пять раз применив вето для защиты интересов Израиля, еще и цинично связывают неэффективность СБ ООН с необходимостью его реформы. Его эффективность – в наших общих руках, и в наших силах ее проявить, проявить именно сейчас.

⚡️ On October 10, a Merkava tank shelled a watchtower of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon, located near the town of Naqoura, not far from the Blue Line that separates Israel and Lebanon. Two peacekeepers were injured as a result.

Israeli forces also shelled several other UN positions. In a public statement, a spokesperson for the United Nations Interim Force condemned these attacks as deliberate, emphasising that they constitute a gross violation of international humanitarian law and UN Security Council Resolution 1701.

❗️ Moscow strongly condemns the actions of Israeli forces.

The Russian Side is calling for an immediate cessation of hostile actions against UN peacekeepers who are carrying out their mission in Lebanon in accordance with the UN Security Council mandate.

Russia extends its support to the wounded peacekeepers and wishes them a speedy recovery.

💬 Sergey Lavrov: We have completed our meetings as part of the 19th East Asia Summit. President of Russia Vladimir Putin instructed me to represent him at this event.

The discussions evidenced that our Western colleagues, who are #ASEAN partners <…> have been seeking to undermine the multilateral economic and security architecture which has evolved over decades with ASEAN at its core and which has proven its relevance and effectiveness.

However, it is obvious today that the United States and its allies decided to draw the Asia-Pacific Region into NATO’s sphere of interests by creating all these narrow and exclusive US-led military and political associations. <...>

☝️ We have highlighted that this Western policy may lead to the region’s militarisation, while also threatening stability and sustainable development in the Asian part of our shared continent.

Russia reaffirmed its unwavering support for ASEAN countries in their efforts to preserve peace and ensure equal cooperation with all ASEAN partners.

👉 Instead of using the events held as part of the East Asia Summit for pursuing vested political interests, Russia opted for promoting initiatives in several domains, including pandemic response, people-to-people contacts, including tourism, and supporting volunteering. We offer practical avenues for working together which can benefit all the participants and advocate equal and mutually beneficial cooperation. <...>

The Association hosted the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation as its guest at the East Asia Summit for the third time. He put forward a proposal to promote closer contacts between the SCO and ASEAN in various spheres that are relevant for the countries involved. <...>

We welcomed the fact that several ASEAN countries want to forge closer ties with #BRICS. Today, this structure acts as one of the cornerstones of a multipolar world order. In just a few days, Kazan will be hosting the BRICS Summit, which will be a major international event. Several ASEAN countries were invited to attend it, and they accepted these invitations.

Excerpts from responses to media questions. Key talking points:

• The final declaration has not been adopted because of the persistent attempts by the United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand to turn it into a purely political statement, contrary to the decades-long practice of East Asia summits, which boils down to preventing the saturation of declarations with confrontational geopolitical narratives.

• When the United States and its allies unanimously reaffirmed their commitment to ASEAN’s central role in facilitating cooperation in the region today, they were being dishonest. Everything they do is aimed at containing Russia and China. Everything that has been accomplished in the ASEAN-centric format over decades is being sacrificed to this goal now. That format was convenient for everyone and incorporated the interests of each and every stakeholder. So, the destructive nature of Washington’s actions in the region is obvious.

• We are seriously concerned about re-militarisation of Japan. Having forgotten the lessons of WWII, the Japanese authorities have stated increasing defence spending and augmenting its basic doctrines with a pre-emptive strike capability.

💬 Deputy Regimental Commander of the Russian Armed Forces with the call sign "Shaman":

"I have never seen anything like it was near Kharkov in my life. <...>

Ukrainian troops captured 18 of our people: they were mobilised students, ballet dancers, orchestra musicians from theatres of Donetsk, steelworkers, miners, tax collectors. Non of them have ever been in military action. <...>

Those freaks (Ukrainian military) tortured our guys, cut off their ears, stabbed them in their eyes and neck.

When we got to Olkhovka, I started evacuating those who survived and were wounded. <...>

I saw a bench outside the school and two of our boys sitting there. They were wearing our uniform. I shouted to them: 'Why are you sitting there? Let's go'. Then I came up to them and noticed that they were dead, tied together like in an embrace. When we pulled them and other dead soldiers out, we saw that they had no ears and were stabbed in the neck. The forensics said that those boys had their ears cut off while they were still alive.

Ukrainian Armed Forces' mercenaries, bragged about this. We found it on the Internet. They were shooting at the legs — at guys from our regiment. I saw a video of them gouging out an eye of our fighter. They are not human. They were from the f***ing Kraken Regiment."

💬 Tamara Koryak, victim of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Artyomovsk, Donetsk People's Republic:

"Ukrainian military fired at us from mortars and tanks. My daughter was wounded by shrapnel. They were shooting at our house and windows with automatic weapons. They wouldn't let us go outside. <...>

Ukrainian military purposefully shot at the houses with civilians inside. <...>

There were no Russian soldiers at that time in Artyomovsk. We saw them only on March 10, 2023. There were no military before except for the Ukrainian army.

My neighbour told me that one Ukrainian soldier at a market and asked: 'Guys, are you here to protect us?' And they answered, smiling, that they came not to protect but to wipe them out.

💬 Anatoly Kryachok, victim of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Artyomovsk, Donetsk People's Republic:

I can tell you what I heard personally. A mortar crew was standing nearby. The Ukrainian gunner sent coordinates for firing to the Ukrainian military and received a response on the radio that these coordinates are the centre of the city. The commander answered: 'What do they pay you for? You're told to shoot, so shoot!'. <...>

Near my house, maybe 50 metres from it, there were mortar crews on the left and right sides of the fence, on the road next to it there was a self-propelled artillery launcher firing at the Russian Armed Forces in the direction of Kharkov-Rostov, and so on."
