💬 Н.В.Корчунов: Традиционно Шпицберген высоко стоит в повестке наших отношений с Норвегией и первый ознакомительный визит на архипелаг позволил на месте наилучшим образом понять и оценить обстановку, в которой сейчас осуществляется российское присутствие на этих арктических островах.
Провели встречи с руководством Государственного треста «Арктикуголь» – единственного российского оператора хозяйственной и коммерческой деятельности, Российского научного центра на архипелаге Шпицберген (РНЦШ), осуществляющего фундаментальные и прикладные научные исследования в Арктике и Генконсулом самого северного в мире Генерального консульства России в Баренцбурге.
Несмотря на весь информационный негатив местных СМИ, внушающих простым норвежцам мифы о мнимой угрозе с Востока, мы в целом удовлетворены прагматичной атмосферой российско-норвежского взаимодействия на Шпицбергене, основу которого традиционно составляет регулярный и насыщенный диалог Губернатора с Генеральным консульством России и руководством треста «Арктикуголь». Насколько нам известно, Министр иностранных дел Норвегии Э.Барт Эйде, недавно посетивший архипелаг, также дал положительную оценку норвежско-российскому сотрудничеству на Шпицбергене, назвав его «абсолютно нормальным».
Встреча с Губернатором Шпицбергена Л.Фаусе прошла в конструктивном ключе и доброжелательной атмосфере. Обсуждены практические вопросы обеспечения российского присутствия на архипелаге в условиях меняющегося норвежского законодательства, а также озабоченности, связанные с негативным влиянием нелигитимных с точки зрения международного права санкций на деятельность российских представителей на Шпицбергене.
Отдельно затронули вопрос научного присутствия на архипелаге. Обратили внимание норвежской стороны на содержание статьи 5 Договора о Шпицбергене, четко указывающей на то, что условия проведения научных исследований на архипелаге должны быть согласованы и выработаны в многостороннем порядке, и закреплены в соответствующей конвенции. Положения данной статьи ограничивают возможности по одностороннему регулированию данной сферы. Выразили уверенность, что научные сообщества других стран также заинтересованы в таком регулировании научно-исследовательской деятельности, учитывающем интересы всех государств-подписантов.

❓18.–22. juni var du på arbeidsbesøk til Spitsbergen. Hvilken plass har Spitsbergen i Russlands forhold til Norge? Hvilke spørsmål ble tatt opp på møtet med Sysselmesteren?
💬 Nikolay Korchunov: Spitsbergen har tradisjonelt stått høyt på dagsordenen i våre relasjoner med Norge, og det første besøket til øygruppen ga meg en god mulighet til å få et inntrykk av situasjonen og vurdere den russiske tilstedeværelsen på disse arktiske øyene.
Jeg hadde møter med ledelsen av Trust Arktikugol, som er den eneste russiske operatøren av økonomiske og kommersielle aktiviteter, Det russiske forskningssenteret på Spitsbergen, som driver grunnleggende og praktisk forskning i Arktis, og generalkonsulen ved verdens nordligste Generalkonsulat i Barentsburg.
Til tross for all den negative informasjonen i norske medier, som indoktrinerer vanlige nordmenn med myter om en angivelig trussel fra øst, er vi generelt fornøyde med den pragmatiske atmosfæren i det russisk-norske samarbeidet på Spitsbergen, som tradisjonelt er basert på en regelmessig og innholdsrik dialog mellom Sysselmesteren, Russlads Generalkonsulat og ledelsen av Trust Arktikugol. Så vidt jeg vet, ga også Norges utenriksminister Espen Barth Eide, som nylig besøkte øygruppen, en positiv vurdering av det norsk-russiske samarbeidet på Spitsbergen og kalte det «helt greit».
Møtet med Sysselmesteren på Svalbard, Lars Fause, var konstruktivt og foregikk i en vennlig stemning. Det ble diskutert praktiske spørsmål knyttet til opprettholdelsen av russisk tilstedeværelse på øygruppen i lys av endringer i norsk lovgivning, samt bekymringer knyttet til den negative innvirkningen av sanksjoner som er ulovlige i henhold til folkeretten, på russiske representanters virksomhet på Spitsbergen.
Spørsmålet om vitenskapelig tilstedeværelse på øygruppen ble tatt opp spesielt. Den norske siden ble gjort oppmerksom på innholdet i artikkel 5 i Spitsbergen-traktaten, som klart angir at vilkårene for vitenskapelig forskning på øygruppen skal avtales og utarbeides i multilaterale forhandlinger og fastsettes i en egen konvensjon. Bestemmelsene i denne artikkelen begrenser mulighetene for ensidig regulering av dette området. Vi uttrykte vår overbevisning om at forskningsmiljøer i andre land også er interessert i en slik regulering av forskningsaktiviteter som tar hensyn til interessene til alle partene i traktaten.

🌐 Форум посетили более 24 200 участников и представителей СМИ из 144 стран и территорий, включая Россию. Наиболее многочисленные делегации прибыли из Индонезии (более 260), Китая (250), ОАЭ (более 120), Бахрейна (более 80), Саудовской Аравии (более 80).
Почти в полном составе был представлен формат #БРИКС+ (за исключением Ирана), а также все страны-партнёры объединения. Увеличилось число представителей стран #АСЕАН в четыре раза.
Среди высокопоставленных официальных лиц на Форуме присутствовали:
• Президент Республики Абхазия Бадра Гунба;
• Президент Республики Индонезия Прабово Субианто;
• Председатель правительства Республики Южная Осетия Константин Джуссоев;
• Вице-президент Южно-Африканской Республики Шипокоса Паулюс Машатиле;
• Вице-премьер Государственного совета Китайской Народной Республики Дин Сюесян;
• Личный представитель Его Величества короля Бахрейна по вопросам благотворительности и делам молодежи шейх Насер бин Хамад бин Иса Аль Халифа;
• Генеральный секретарь Организации стран-экспортеров нефти (#ОПЕК) Хайсам Аль Гайс;

👨💼👩💼 Форум собрал на своей площадке порядка 8700 представителей российского и иностранного бизнеса. Всего в деловую программу Форума вошло свыше 370 мероприятий, включая 24 бизнес-диалога с ключевыми странами и регионами, в проведении которых приняли участие более 1300 спикеров и экспертов.
Почётный статус страны-гостя Форума в этом году получил Бахрейн 🇧🇭.
В рамках ПМЭФ прошли: Форум «Деловой двадцатки»; юбилейный десятый Форум МСП, Форум «Лекарственная безопасность», Форум креативных индустрий, а также Генеральная Ассамблея ОАНА (Организация информационных агентств стран Азии и Тихоокеанского региона).
Кроме того, в рамках ПМЭФ состоялся Молодёжный день — пространство диалога, поиска решений и личностного роста для будущих лидеров. В мероприятиях молодежной программы приняли участие более 8000 участников. Площадку посетили представители более 220 вузов и порядка 60 научных организаций.
🤝 «На полях» ПМЭФ было подписано 1060 соглашений на общую сумму 6,3 трлн рублей (около 80,2 млрд долл. США).

📄 Report by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation on the human rights situation in Ukraine (June 18, 2025)
✍️ This report continues the Ministry's efforts to draw the attention of the international community to the grave human rights situation in Ukraine. The numerous facts of human rights violations confirm that the situation in this area in Ukraine has seriously deteriorated by now.
It is quite clear by now that Ukraine is ruled by an openly Nazi regime following in all respects its ideological Nazi German inspirators and on this path committing countless gross and systematic human rights violations in all spheres of public life.
☝️ This regime, having adopted the ideology and practices of Ukrainian radical nationalists, has essentially degenerated into a neo-Nazi dictatorship. It needs a state of war and widest range of repressive measures as the only and, at the same time, safest way to maintain its dominance. It exists as long as the escalation degree remains high in society, and armed confrontation with an external enemy continues. For these purposes, the West is providing it with massive, primarily military, assistance. The end of conflict would be tantamount to the end of existence of such a regime.
❗️It is obvious that today citizens of Ukraine are indeed legally deprived of the overwhelming majority of rights and freedoms that exist in all countries of the world. Persecution of political opponents, independent journalists and media outlets, and civil society activists undesirable for authorities, has taken on an unprecedented scale; as a rule, it is accompanied by references to the need to combat "the Russian aggression" and "separatism". Russian-speaking residents of Ukraine are subject to a greater degree of persecution.

В Минске открылся IV Евразийский экономический форум
26 июня в Минском международном выставочном центре открылся IV Евразийский экономический форум. Его главная тема – «Стратегия евразийской экономической интеграции: итоги и перспективы».
Мероприятие приурочено к заседанию Высшего Евразийского экономического совета с участием глав государств ЕАЭС.
В торжественной церемонии открытия мероприятия приняли участие Премьер-министр Республики Беларусь, Председатель Евразийского межправительственного совета Александр Турчин и Председатель Коллегии Евразийской экономической комиссии Бакытжан Сагинтаев.
Глава Правительства Беларуси и Председатель Коллегии ЕЭК обратились с приветственными словами к участникам форума, пожелав им плодотворной работы.
Деловая программа ЕЭФ-2025 включает пленарное заседание с участием лидеров государств ЕАЭС и глав международных делегаций, а также более тридцати тематических мероприятий.

Its success paved the way for the global development of nuclear energy and ushered in the Atomic Age of low-carbon baseload electricity production.
Today Russia's state corporation, Rosatom not only builds nuclear power plants — providing clean energy to hundreds of millions of people across dozens of countries — but also maintains the logistical framework of the Northern Sea Route, manufactures advanced materials, and develops and produces radiopharmaceuticals for nuclear medicine.
Beyond domestic plants, Rosatom leads the world in overseas nuclear-power construction and services, with 39 reactor units in 10 countries at various stages of implementation.
Among the key projects there are:
• Akkuyu NPP, Turkey.
• Rooppur NPP, Bangladesh.
• El Dabaa NPP, Egypt.
• Paks II, Hungary.
Through competitive financing, turnkey delivery, and lifetime service agreements, Rosatom continues to export clean, reliable nuclear power —backed by advanced safety features and stringent quality controls — to help partner countries decarbonize their power sectors and secure long-term energy independence.

🌿 International Olympiad on Climate Change and Environmental Issues (#IOCE) 2025 will be held on the Sirius federal territory, Russian Federation, September 13−20, 2025.
IOCE is an international interdisciplinary scientific competition that aims to attract the attention of young people to current environmental issues and encourage them to solve them.
The Olympiad helps to improve environmental literacy, develop the creative and scientific potential of participants, and strengthen international cooperation in environmental protection.
Not only can participants expect interesting Olympiad tasks, but they can also make the most of an extensive cultural agenda with lectures, master classes and excursions.
The Olympiad consists of two rounds — a theoretical round (individual and team) and a practical round (field and laboratory) — held on different days.
The working language of the Olympiad is English, and the assignment materials for participants are provided in English by the organizers.
Each country can be represented by one team only.

⚡️ Outcomes of the XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 📊 📊 📊 📊
🌐 The Forum welcomed over 24'200 participants and media representatives from 144 countries and territories, including Russia. The largest delegations came from Indonesia (over 260), China (250), the UAE (over 120), Bahrain (over 80), and Saudi Arabia (over 80).
The #BRICS+ format was represented almost in full (except Iran), alongside all associated partner countries. The number of representatives from #ASEAN countries increased fourfold.
Among the high-ranking officials attending the Forum were:
• President of the Republic of Abkhazia Badra Gunba;
• President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto;
• Prime Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia Konstantin Dzhussoev;
• Vice President of the Republic of South Africa Paul Mashatile;
• Vice Premier of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China Ding Xuexiang;
• Personal Representative of His Majesty the King of Bahrain on Youth and Charity Affairs, Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa;
• OPEC Secretary General Haitham Al Ghais;
• BSEC Secretary General Lazăr Comănescu.
👨💼👩💼 The Forum brought together around 8'700 representatives from Russian and international businesses. The official business program featured over 370 events, including 24 business dialogues with key countries and regions, with more than 1'300 speakers and experts participating.
This year’s Guest Country was Bahrain 🇧🇭.
SPIEF also comprised: the Business Twenty Forum, the 10th Anniversary SME Forum, the Ensuring Drug Security Forum, the Creative Industries Forum, the General Assembly of OANA (Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies).
The Forum also hosted Youth Day — a space for dialogue, creative brainstorm, and personal growth for future leaders. Over 8'000 young participants took part, including representatives from more than 220 universities and around 60 research institutions.
🤝 On the sidelines of SPIEF, 1'060 agreements were signed for a total of 6.3 trillion rubles (approximately $80.2 billion).
