В связи с имевшими место в последние месяцы задержаниями и судебными процессами в отношении росграждан по обвинению якобы в противозаконном использовании беспилотных летательных аппаратов 28 ноября в МИД России был вызван Посол Королевства Норвегия Р.Квиле. Ему было заявлено о недопустимости подобной практики.
Отметили, что приговоры в отношении россиян политически мотивированы и не имеют ничего общего с принципами справедливого и непредвзятого правосудия.

Призвали норвежские власти отказаться от подобных русофобских акций и преследования российских граждан по признаку национальной принадлежности.

Kongeriket Norges ambassadør Robert Kvile ble tilkalt til Russlands Utenriksministerium 28. november i forbindelse med de siste månedenes anholdelser og rettssaker mot russiske statsborgere anklaget for påstått ulovlig bruk av ubemannede luftfartøy. Det ble erklært til ambassadøren at en slik praksis er uakseptabel.
Det ble bemerket at dommene mot russiske folk er politisk motiverte og har ingenting å gjøre med prinsipper av rettferdig og upartisk rettsvesen.

Norske myndigheter anmodes om å slutte med slike russiskfiendlige aksjoner og forfølgelse av russiske statsborgere på grunn av nasjonal tilhørighet.

💬 On November 30, the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany adopted a resolution recognising the 1932-1933 famine in the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic as the genocide of the Ukrainian people and putting responsibility for it on the Soviet leadership. At the same time, it omitted to mention the fact that not only Ukraine, but the entire territory of our country was affected by the famine, which claimed millions of lives.

Closing their eyes to this fact, German MPs from the ruling coalition and the CDU/CSU opposition block have decided to vociferously support the political and ideological myth promoted by the Ukrainian authorities at the prompting of the far-right, Nazi and Russophobic forces. This is yet another attempt to provide justification and whip up the Western-sponsored campaign aimed at demonising Russia and setting Ukrainians against Russians and other ethnic groups in Russia and the former Soviet Union.

There is an obvious reason for the inflammatory Bundestag resolution, which is trying to take advantage of the terrible famine of 1932-1933. The Germans are trying to rewrite their history and to stop doing penance for the atrocities they committed during the Second World War. They seem to have regard for the ideological followers of the Ukrainian war criminals who hold annual torchlight marches under the banners of the SS Galicia Division.

The German political elite is making use of the alleged genocide of Ukrainians, which radical Ukrainian nationalists are blaming on the Soviet Union, in order to downplay Germany’s responsibility. They are trying to erode the memory of the unprecedented crimes against humanity committed by Nazi Germany during WWII <...>.

⚠️ It is a shame that the Bundestag has taken such an immoral decision, which is reviving the Nazi ideology of racial hatred and discrimination and is an attempt to deny responsibility for war crimes.

The day was established by the Union of Journalists of Russia in 1991

On that day, we commemorate talented and selfless reporters, photojournalists and television cameramen who died while doing their dangerous jobs.

💬 Maria Zakharova: Every year, new names are added to the grim list of media professionals who have died prematurely and undeservedly. Regrettably, the outgoing year 2022 was no exception. Darya Dugina died in a barbaric and cruel terrorist attack staged by Ukrainian subversives. Oleg Klokov was killed during a deliberate Ukrainian missile attack at a peaceful evacuation convoy in Kherson. Igor Kornelyuk, Anton Voloshin, Andrey Stenin, Anatoly Klyan and many other journalists were killed before them.

We will never forget them, and we will not stop until those guilty of their death get the punishment they deserve.

Responsibility for their deaths, just as the deaths of many other journalists who lost their lives in the line of duty, does not lie only with those who killed them. The blame also lies with those, including highly placed persons at respected international organisations, who must act objectively and work hard to ensure the safety of journalists and to demand this from the Kiev regime, which is drunk with impunity, those who are self-consciously keeping silent, pretending that nothing happened.

It is obvious that Kiev is not ready for dialogue. Vladimir Zelensky churns out all kinds of ideas and peace formulas, with the illusion of succeeding, with the Western assistance, in achieving the withdrawal of our troops from the Russian territories in Donbass, Crimea, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, making Russia pay reparations, voluntarily surrender to international tribunals, etc.

Let me tell you right away that the situation within the OSCE has been quite challenging. Created as a platform for promoting equitable dialogue and cooperation, this organisation has been going through a deep crisis these past few years.

We are now reaping the fruits of this selfish, short-sighted policy of our former partners. Our trust in them has suffered a major blow. One of the lessons is that if and when we ever start working together again, we will have to build new foundations because the past approaches are no longer working.

The model we suggested was straightforward and clear: the United States and Iran move to meet each other halfway at the same time by gradually returning to compliance with the JCPOA. All details were worked out. This is a realistic scenario as long as there is political will to carry it out.

The fact that with the finishing line in sight, the United States and Europeans ran out of gas and focused on efforts to destabilise the internal political situation in Iran is another story.

☝️ Meanwhile, it is a fact of life that there is no reasonable alternative to the JCPOA.

Norske myndigheter har i det siste skjerpet arbeidsforhold for russiske organisasjoner på Spitsbergen og i dets farvann. Tiltakene som innføres av den norske side ved brudd på prinsippene og statutter av Spitsbergenavtalen av 1920 berører alle hoved bransjer som den russiske tilstedeværelsen på øygruppen bygges på. Denne mangeårige tilstedeværelsen som realiseres i fult samsvar med folkeretten inkluderer kullgruvevirksomhet, reiseliv og forskning.
En av de siste eksemplene er da i desember i år ila norske myndigheter urettmessige begrensninger på gjennomføringen av forskningstokten til det russiskes forskningsfartøyet «Dalniye Zelentsy» som hører til Murmansk marinbiologiske institutt under Det russiske vitenskapsakademi (MMBI). Russiske forskere planla å gjennomføre helhetlige undersøkelser av havøkosystemer rundt øygruppen i henhold til programmet offisielt oppført på den norske nettsiden Research in Svalbard som ble forlenget til slutten av 2023.
I tillegg, til tross for at den respektive varslingen om fartøyets anløp ble formidlet til den norske side i tiden ble adgangen til det russiske Barentsburg faktisk stengt. Mens MMBI´s værstasjon ligger i over 10 år i tettstedet, blir stasjonens videre arbeid betydelig forvansket som følge av norske diskriminerende tiltak.
Ved å ta hensyn til at den norske side samordnet suksessfullt årlige MMBI´s forskningstoker tidligere, anser vi begrensninger innført i år som utelukkende politisk motiverte. Regelmessige uttalelser av norske tjenestefolk og forsvarseksperter bevitner om at Oslo har foretrukket å underlegge seg russiskfiendtlig hysteri som skader etterkommelsen av dets folkerettslige forpliktelser.
Man ignorer en av de viktigste statuttene i avtalen som er retten til å lik fri adgang for deltakerstatenes statsborgere til arkipelet for å drive alle formål og oppgaver. Vi minner at akkurat på disse betingelsene anerkjennes Norges råderett over øygruppen av avtalens deltakerstater, inkluder Den Russiske Føderasjon.
En slik diskriminerende tilnærming er helt uakseptabel. Det russiske standpunktet med respektiv argumentasjon ble ved flere anledninger formidlet til den norske side gjennom offisielle kanaler.
Vi vil fortsette å forsvare lovlige interesser av russisk tilstedeværelse på Spitsbergen og innkreve at man etter følger rettigheter av våre organisasjoner inkluder akademia og deres ubegrensede adgang til Spitsbergen for å drive virksomheten som er rettmessig utfra avtalen fra 1920.

Комментарий официального представителя МИД России М.В.Захаровой в связи с ситуацией вокруг российских научных исследований в районе архипелага Шпицберген

В последнее время власти Норвегии существенно ужесточили условия работы российских организаций на архипелаге Шпицберген и в его водах. Вводимые норвежской стороной в нарушение принципов и положений Договора о Шпицбергене 1920 г. меры затрагивают уже все основные области, на которых зиждется многолетнее и реализуемое в полном соответствии с международным правом российское присутствие на архипелаге – угледобычу, туризм, науку.
Один из последних примеров. В декабре с.г. норвежскими властями наложены неправомерные ограничения на выполнение научно-исследовательских работ российским судном «Дальние Зеленцы», принадлежащим Мурманскому морскому биологическому институту Российской академии наук (ММБИ РАН). В районе архипелага российские ученые планировали провести комплексные исследования морских экосистем в соответствии с официально зарегистрированной в норвежской базе данных Research in Svalbard программой, продленной до конца 2023 г.
Кроме того, российскому судну, несмотря на своевременное направление соответствующего уведомления норвежской стороне о его заходе, фактически закрыт доступ в российский поселок Баренцбург. Вместе с тем в поселке уже более 10 лет находится биогеостанция ММБИ РАН, дальнейшая работа которой вследствие норвежских дискриминационных мер теперь существенно затруднена.
Учитывая, что проводившиеся ежегодно исследования ММБИ ранее успешно согласовывались норвежской стороной, считаем введенные в этом году ограничения исключительно политически мотивированными. Регулярные заявления норвежских официальных лиц и военных экспертов свидетельствуют о том, что в Осло предпочли поддаться антироссийской истерии в ущерб выполнению своих международно-правовых обязательств.
Игнорируется одно из важнейших положений Договора о Шпицбергене – право одинаково свободного доступа граждан его государств-участников на архипелаг для любой цели и задачи. Напоминаем, что именно на этих условиях суверенитет Норвегии над архипелагом признается странами-участницами Договора, в том числе Российской Федерацией.
Категорически не приемлем подобный дискриминационный подход. Российская позиция с соответствующей аргументацией неоднократно доводилась до норвежской стороны по официальным каналам.
Продолжим отстаивать законные интересы российского присутствия на архипелаге Шпицберген, добиваться соблюдения прав отечественных организаций, включая представителей науки, их беспрепятственного доступа на Шпицберген для ведения там правомерной с точки зрения Договора 1920 г. деятельности.

of Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine of Russian Federation

◽️The special services of Ukraine have prepared a new large-scale anti-Russian provocation aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and accusing Russian servicemen of allegedly committing war crimes.

◽️On the eve of the Orthodox Christmas, representatives of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Security Service of Ukraine arranged for the opening of graves in cemeteries near Kazachya Lopan, Velikiy Burluk, Shypovatoye and Khatnoye (Kharkov region), where local citizens were buried who died of natural causes during the deployment of Russian troops in these areas from February 24 to September 6, 2022.

◽️After the exhumation, the bodies of Ukrainian citizens were further disfigured and dumped into specially prepared ‘pits’ on the outskirts of these settlements to create false ‘evidence’ of alleged ‘torture’ and ‘shootings’ of civilians by Russian servicemen.

◽️Representatives of the Ukrainian special services and law enforcement agencies are currently photographing and videotaping the bodies of dead Ukrainian citizens, as well as imitating the work of ‘forensic experts’ and other ‘procedural actions’ in the presence of fake ‘witnesses’.

◽️Through these inhumane methods, Kiev regime, in the absence of any success on the battlefield, seeks to keep the attention of Western audiences and convince foreign partners of Kiev regime of the need to continue to support it.
