✨️ In February, Russian students from MGIMO University learning Urdu visited Islamabad for an internship at the National University of Modern Languages.
🎓 Over their three-week stay, they managed to improve their language skills and got to know Pakistan, visiting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Senate, Radio Pakistan and taking part in a conference at the Pakistan Academy of Letters.
🤝 The students were also received by Ambassador Albert P. Khorev, who wished them success in mastering Urdu and emphasized the important role of cultural exchanges in strengthening Russia-Pakistan relations.

Sergey Lavrov's poetic journey began in his student years. In 2004, his poems were included in a poetic anthology published to mark the 60th Anniversary of MGIMO, for which he is also the author of the anthem.

The work gained wide recognition, spreading far beyond the walls of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and was highly appreciated by the literary community.
