Congratulatory address of the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the сity of Dushanbe honorable Rustam Emomali on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan
Dear compatriots,
Proud residents of the capital!
I sincerely congratulate all of you on the 30th anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In accordance with the constructive policy of the Leader of the nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, honorable Emomali Rahmon, on November 6, 1994, in critical and difficult political conditions of the country, the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan was adopted by nationwide referendum, which was used to create the foundations of a sovereign national state, a system of modern state power and a new form of state administration, guaranteeing the realization of human and citizen's rights and freedoms.
As a result of the implementation of the norms of the Constitution in the Republic of Tajikistan, stable foundations of society and the state were restored, peace and political stability were strengthened, stable economic development of the country was ensured, and decent living conditions were created for every resident of the republic.
Even today, the effective implementation of constitutional norms, ensuring the rule of law and strengthening the legal education of citizens are in the focus of attention of the Government and legal policy of the country.
Therefore, it is necessary for all of us to remain faithful to the constitutional ideas of our country for qualitative and effective fulfillment of our duties, to use all our efforts, skills, experience and knowledge for continuous strengthening of the national legislation, to regulate social relations and ensure sustainable development for the sake of stability and prosperity of our Motherland.
Once again, I congratulate all residents of our country and our capital on the national holiday, the 30th anniversary of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Tajikistan, and wish our dear Tajikistan progress and prosperity!
