What is risk really?
What you come to realise is that aversion to risk is just fear
And fear is just Fake Events Appearing Real. Hardly anything you fear ever comes to pass, and the fear does nothing to prevent It anyway.
At the end of the day if you have your hands, legs, and can breathe, you are okay and its all good.
You will still have a roof over your head, and food on the table. When you acclimatise to risk it opens you up to more opportunity.
You begin to realise that in our bubble wrapped existence, nothing matters (in a Good way). You might look silly to someone else, you might make mistakes (and learn something), but the biggest risk is being paralysed into mediocrity from Never taking the chance.
Our ancestors might have had to deal with a neighbouring tribe knocking down the gates and axeing you, or a sabre tooth tiger. All of the problems you think you have are nothing in comparison to that high stakes world - is it really a risk to spend some money on business inventory, to change jobs or to start putting out content daily?
Stop the fear, flex the risk taking muscle in all things, and you will become accustomed to a life that offers higher rewards.

To a large degree, disease is downstream of what you Think..
The human body is not born with disease, the default is a state of health.
When we are in an environment that is unhealthy, the body’s tissues build up and some ill health symptoms are experienced. Any disease is simply a name given to a collection of symptoms, rather than an unavoidable ‘condition’ that you can’t get rid of.
If you believe you ‘have’ a disease, that you’re genetically prone to some state of existence or another, you are manifesting it into your body.
I believe that if you are living healthily, then it is impossible to get sick. Everyone knows someone that falls ill frequently, usually a hypochondriac with nothing fundamentally wrong with them other than the perceived mental stress and negative thoughts / fear they exist in.
If you are in any situation that isn’t considered to be optimally healthy, delete any beliefs that this situation is bad for you. If it is UNAVOIDABLE, then curate the power of your mind to view it as a BENEFICIAL STRESSOR. We know in general what we should be doing for optimal health.
Sometimes people take a dose of medicine and get healthier
Sometimes they can take the same medicine and it not do anything
Does this mean the medicine works, or does it mean that the power of BELIEVING in it worked?
As a matter of fact, the principal good of either diet or exercise is that it keeps before the patient's mind the RESULT he is working for, and in that way tends to impress it upon his subconscious mind.
It is why you should exercise in front of a mirror. To view your body as a consistently expanding and growing entity that effortlessly develops muscle - and so it shall become all the more.
Choose what you will be! Your responsibility is to think, speak, act the true inner self. Your human power is the privilege is to show in this HIGHEST self. Keep steadfastly in mind the idea of yourself that you want to see realised.

Care intensely for what you DO have control over and let go of your need to control everything else..
= peace and productivity
Every moment spent wasted worrying about something you don’t have control over is thought energy that could be directed to literally creating your new reality!
This is the function of mainstream media - to distract you so frequently and have you preoccupied with events outside of your control so that you can never wrestle control back over your own life.
To disconnect from the endless cacophony of noise is not selfish; only the midwit sees his memorisation of curated headlines as an education on a topic.
What did celebrity X do today? Who gives a f*ck!?!
Ask yourself:
Does it bring you happiness
Does it bring you peace
Does it bring you $$$
Does it bring you love
Does it bring you health
If not, eliminate it entirely. This does not mean to only do easy things, in fact It is quite the opposite when you actually put effort towards meaningful things rather than performatively pretending to care about garbage.
What it does mean is that you will actually start to shift progress to things that do matter and things that contribute to your life and the lives of those around you, rather than spinning your wheels.
How you act + react - what you allow into your mind controls you. If you angrily respond to something you have given up control to something else. Would you hand your wallet to any random passer-by on the street? Similarly, why do you give your attention away to any whimsical notion that crosses your path?
Control What you think about - Practice mind-pattern interruption (gratitude) if you find yourself ruminating on things that you wouldn’t like to happen. Or go outside. Most negative thoughts occur indoors.
You cannot control What people think of you - Even Jesus was hated by some people. This is not to say we are living on Jesus’ level but someone operating on his level of love was still persecuted by people. Someone somewhere will not mesh with your personality no matter what you do, so you might as well live in your own way and not give a thought to what others think.
