차세대 기술 변화 모멘텀에 주목
▶ 반도체 공정 기술 트렌드 변화
1) Intel 주도의 BSPDN(Backside Power Delivery Network) 기술 적용 확대 전망.
동시에 2024~2025년 인텔 중심의 Foundry Capex 모멘텀이 부각될 것으로 전망된다는 점은 관련 Valuechain의 주가에 긍정적으로 작용할 것. 코미코(183300 KQ)에 대한 투자 의견 개시.
2)3D로의 구조 개선을 통한 DRAM 미세화 구현에 관심. 2026년, DRAM에 VCAT(Vertical Cell Array Transistor) 기술을 채택할 것. 2027~2028년, 3D DRAM은 비용 효율적인 구간에 진입하면서 메모리반도체 3사 내에서의 활용도가 빠르게 높아질 것으로 기대.
3) NAND 시장은 단기적으로 공급업체들의 단수 경쟁이 지속될 것. 이에 Etching 기술 고도화는 지속될 것.

2) 또한 스마트폰 및 XR 디바이스를 지원하는 LLW(Low Latency Wide I/O, 저지연성) DRAM 등 고객이 요구하는 ‘Customized 메모리반도체’ 요구가 증가하고 있음.
메모리반도체의 파운드리화를 전망하며, SK하이닉스(000660 KS)의 경쟁력이 추세적으로 강화될 가능성이 높다는 판단임.

전기동: ▶파나마 대법원은 First Quantum Minerals의 Cobre Panama 광산 계약과 관련된 법률 406조(23년 10월 20일 제정)가 위헌이라고 만장일치로 판결했다. 파나마 대통령은 계약이 기각되자 11월 28일부터 광산이 폐쇄될 것이라고 밝혔다. 앞으로의 관전 포인트는 새로운 계약 협상이 진행되는 동안 광산이 운영을 재개할 수 있을지, 아니면 국제 중재 절차로 이어지며 운영 중단이 유지될지 여부다.
