Hosted by Patria Gloria, this event will involve training, competitions, with some feasting afterwards.

Regardless of your experience or size, all members are encouraged to fight, as competitions will be arranged fairly and according to skill/size.

We will be situated deep in the Appalachian mountains, removed from modern civilization. Aside from the opportunity to prove yourself and represent your state/club in martial prowess and valor, you will have the ability to connect with nature and the land of our ancestors in a way that does not come often to us.

With plenty of open space and forest, camping is strongly encouraged. Whether your preference is tents, hammocks, the land is secure and owned by our guys.

These mountains are ancient, and violence is far from foreign to them.

Spend time not only in the gym, but train in some kind of martial art. I’ve found boxing to be one of the most effective means of cardio. The routine would go as is:

-Warmup
-Workout
-Practice Martial Art
-Dry Sauna 15-30mins

I find the sauna to be incredibly vital to building heat tolerance, relaxing muscle, and removing toxins from your body. (A shower is recommended after such an experience)
