Idaho's current ten statutes that confirm a parent's right, not the state's right, to control and oversee the affairs

engage counsel o sue the federal government, to have a federal court declare federal vaccine mandates unlawful,
and to enjoin the mandates and prevent them from having any effect on Idaho employers and employees.

‘This legislation amends Idaho code by adding a definition ofpersonal medical information that includes details
ofa person's medical or dental condition, including information regarding medication and vaccinations.
A new section is added that states that every person has a right to confidentiality regarding their personal
medical information. Further, no private or public entity shall be ennoscriptd to condition access on the revelation
of personal medical information.
Health care providers who require personal medical information, such as needed to provide medical treatment,
may not use that information to deny access to care.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

To protect the rightsof children to attend public schools, to provide exemption from mandates for mask wearing,
Plexiglas enclosures, or other medical interventions for medical, religious, or personal reasons, which cannot
be denied. No person will create limitations on participation oractivity in any school programs on the basis of
such exemption.
