This bill affirms a parents right to oversee all medical treatment of their child, including those who are 14
years old and up. It further affirms thata federal vaccine mandate does not trump a parent’ right to oversee the
Fundamental affairs oftheir child, including those who are 14 years old and up. This legislation is in line with
Idaho's current ten statutes that confirm a parent's right, not the state's right, to control and oversee the affairs
of their child. These statutes include:

‘This legislation amends Idaho code by adding a definition ofpersonal medical information that includes details
ofa person's medical or dental condition, including information regarding medication and vaccinations.
A new section is added that states that every person has a right to confidentiality regarding their personal
medical information. Further, no private or public entity shall be ennoscriptd to condition access on the revelation
of personal medical information.
Health care providers who require personal medical information, such as needed to provide medical treatment,
may not use that information to deny access to care.

The Hypocritic path (Medicine and the Oaths they do and don't take?)
(Yes i know it's spelt wrong, before anyone says anything? Its intentional)
In 2016, it was decided amongst the medical profession, that their hippocratic oath, was no longer necessary and began to gradually phase it our of medical schools.
Fast forward to today and has this shift away from the medical professions sacred oath (do no harm?) perhaps endangered all patients as a whole and fundamentally changed the attitudes of an entire generation of would be doctors, still in medical school and not for the better?
