1962 edition of The Book of Enoch translated by R. H. Charles. It is an ancient Hebrew apocalyptic religious text, traditionally ascribed to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah.

The Book of Enoch is not included in the Hebrew Bible or the Christian Old Testament, and its reception has varied throughout history. Though it was excluded from the Jewish and Christian canons, it was considered noscripture by some early Jewish and Christian groups. Today, the book is still studied by scholars of religion and history, and some religious groups consider it to be an important text.
