Sweden's role in global surveillance

The surveillance programs can be traced back to the post-World War II period, and were not only a broad collaboration between Western intelligence services, but also a convenient way to spy on their own people by exchanging information between countries, as revealed by Snowden in 2013.

Carl also talks about Sweden's invisible role in controlling the telecom infrastructure and our extraordinary ability to collect, monitor and process data, especially through the FRA law and the powerful data centers that have been located in our humanitarian superpower country.

ECHELON, originally a secret government code name, is a surveillance program (signals intelligence/SIGINT collection and analysis network) operated by the United States with the aid of four other signatory states to the UKUSA Security Agreement:[1] Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, also known as the Five Eyes.[2][3][4]

Created in the late 1960s to monitor the military and diplomatic communications of the Soviet Union and its Eastern Bloc allies during the Cold War, the ECHELON project became formally established in 1971.[5][6]

Government Communications Headquarters, commonly known as GCHQ, is an intelligence and security organisation responsible for providing signals intelligence (SIGINT) and information assurance (IA) to the government and armed forces of the United Kingdom.[3] Based at "The Doughnut" in the suburbs of Cheltenham, GCHQ is the responsibility of the country's Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs (Foreign Secretary), but it is not a part of the Foreign Office and its Director ranks as a Permanent Secretary.

GCHQ was originally established after the First World War as the Government Code and Cypher School (GC&CS)[4] and was known under that name until 1946. During the Second World War it was located at Bletchley Park, where it was responsible for breaking the German Enigma codes. There are two main components of the GCHQ, the Composite Signals Organisation (CSO), which is responsible for gathering information, and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), which is responsible for securing the UK's own communications. The Joint Technical Language Service (JTLS) is a small department and cross-government resource responsible for mainly technical language support and translation and interpreting services across government departments. It is co-located with GCHQ for administrative purposes.

In 2013, GCHQ received considerable media attention when the former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden revealed that the agency was in the process of collecting all online and telephone data in the UK via the Tempora programme.[5] Snowden's revelations began a spate of ongoing disclosures of global surveillance. The Guardian newspaper was forced to destroy computer hard drives with the files Snowden had given them because of the threats of a lawsuit under the Official Secrets Act.[6] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GCHQ

What was said was fascinating stuff and well worth a watch, as there are some concepts within it that're certainly something we've covered before and others have been doing quite recently.
Do I think it's really from an elite insider?
No
But they are extremely knowledgeable and have a pretty damn good grasp of what / who and how things are in the upper echelons?

Our Fairytales of Fair Maidens in their lofty towers come from blood memory of the ancient Germanic Seeress, sacred women who lived in their high towers & gave holy prophecy to members of their race.

With the passage of time, Christianity, and the forgetting of what was once known to be True, this memory was slowly corrupted, and the Sacred Seeress serving her race from her high tower became the Damsel imprisoned in her tower.

Galadriel, certainly not a Virgin Mary as many christians LOTR fans claim.

Galadriel was not even a virgin, she was married and had children. She wasn't an passive character unlike the Virgin Mary, she surpassed nearly all others in beauty, knowledge, and power. Galadriel was no mere fey being, but a lady of great power. She bore one of the Great Rings - Nenya - the Ring of Adamant, and with the One Ring in her grasp as well, she would be a mighty match for the Dark Lord Sauron.

Galadriel possessed a tremendous amount of magical powers. She was even referred as a Mistress of Magic by Faramir of Gondor.

👆🏻Galadriel is very similar to ancient Germanic Seeresses like Veleda. She is absolutely nothing like the Virgin Mary of the Bible :)
