"The false science and language of climate change and the equally false science and language of pandemics and their prevention provide governments with a convenient front and plausible deniability to slow down consumption in the developed world and industrialization in the developing world as well as to wage chemical and biological war against their own people to stop population growth by subverting fertility and immunity and thus prevent conventional and nuclear war between nations over scarce natural resources. The two falsities of the Covid-19 pandemic and climate change are used to hide and address two harsh realities, namely that we are too many and consume too much for our finite and fragile planet. These falsities provide policy makers not only with a front that allows them to preserve the illusion of the rule of law and respect for fundamental rights and liberties, on which the legitimacy of the state depends, but also with a diplomatic tool to manufacture consent among the masses and to reach consensus among national leaders over population stabilization (depopulation), resource conservation (decarbonization), and resource sharing (globalization) in open fora and through public documents that mean one thing to the public and an entirely different thing to policy makers.
