Iranian men sentenced to death after being given 15 minutes to defend themselves

This is why people, especially in Europe, see the death sentence as a tabu and inhumane. Simply because there are countries that just do sentence, only to do that, other based on racism factors, other based on financial factors, etc. then obviously the amount of innocent prisioners or killed prisoners is high.

Second: how the death execution is done is huge different from country to country, means you cannot consider as all in one!

The reality? Having a death sentence doesn't mean that you need to use that! Different countries have it, if they need that, but don't use it. Even Canada had it for many years, without using it, before they decided to remove that (but homicides still increased ...)

Plus doing a death sentence to a prisoners who is saying 300% he is a killer / raper without regret or there are perfectly fine proofs (this doesn't mean "someone is confirming that", because such dude could just say bullshit, like many girls are doing with rape) is totally different.

US is changing all that too, decreasing the #, increasing the time between sentence - execution, etc.!

Abolitionist and Retentionist Countries https://perma.cc/4Q5S-QFTL

Abolitionist for “Ordinary Crimes” Only
Countries whose laws provide for the death penalty only for exceptional crimes such as crimes under military law or crimes committed in exceptional circumstances
BRAZIL, EL SALVADOR, KAZAKHSTAN, BURKINA FASO, GUATEMALA, PERU, CHILE, ISRAEL

Abolitionist in Practice
Countries which retain the death penalty for ordinary crimes such as murder but can be considered abolitionist in practice in that they have not executed anyone during the past 10 years and are believed to have a policy or established practice of not carrying out executions (ex. RUSSIAN FEDERATION, SOUTH KOREA)

🇷🇺 LGBT People Are Being Targeted by Anti-LGBT Propaganda and Foreign Agents Laws https://perma.cc/H4JT-KB57

Following the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, Russia liberalized some of its anti-LGBT laws. Most notably, homosexual relationships were decriminalized in 1993. Transgender Russians have also been allowed to change their legal gender on identity documents since 1997, although there are many obstacles to the process and invasive surgical requirements remain in place. Despite these liberalization trends during the immediate post-Soviet period, in recent years, Russian authorities have routinely denied permits for Pride parades, intimidated and arrested LGBT activists and condoned anti-LGBT statements by government officials. ILGA-Europe, the European section of the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association, rates Russia as the least protective country in Europe for LGBT citizens, ranking it 49th out of the 49 European countries rated in its annual survey.

The new law sets administrative fines for LGBT propaganda at 4,000 to 5,000 rubles for individuals (about $120 - $150 U.S. dollars) and up to 800,000 to 1 million rubles for NGOs, corporations or other legal entities (about $24,000 - $30,000 U.S. dollars). More severe administrative fines are allowed for propaganda transmitted via the Internet or other media networks or by a foreign citizen. Foreigners are also subject to 15 days of prison and deportation from Russia.

A history of LGBTQ rights in modern Russia: From progress to despair https://perma.cc/YYU4-2J8W
In December 2022, a new anti-LGBTQ law was signed by President Vladimir Putin, banning ‘propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations’ to all age groups. According to Russian lawmakers, positive and even neutral depictions of same-sex relations in the media, advertising, books, films, and other sources can be considered ‘propaganda’ in this context and should be forbidden.

First, we haven't checked if such story are true or fake, is not the point... but one thing we can immediately see, when we check the document shared by the International Federation for Human Rights for their fight against death sentences: THEY ARE USING SHIT EXAMPLES!

So exactly shitty death sentences
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences
we don't approve, where no sense crimes are sentenced to death or police are using force to be happy they found the criminal! This is NOT the way to do sentences in proper way! This is just shit!

So please, we need to stop use shit example as support for our no scientific ideas ...

We checked just one story and here the results:
On appeal, the Florida Supreme Court remanded the case for retrial, based on prosecutorial misconduct in presenting evidence that prejudiced the jury, including a detective’s testimony saying that he believed Martinez was guilty. During a re-investigation of the case, the informants all admitted that detectives had promised them rewards for their testimony https://perma.cc/LTB7-7LLV

Perfect, another example of shitty sentences, like said previously ...
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/100
Let we check more about International Federation for Human Rights ...

"The first crime for which women are sentenced to death worldwide is murder. Many of these crimes involve murders of family members in a context of gender-based violence" ... Again shitty example!
Probably you should read
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/93

"Drug-related offense is the second most common reason for women to be on death row, particularly in Asia and Middle East ..."
Another shitty example ...

"Women are disproportionately sentenced to death for adultery" ANOTHER SHIT EXAMPLE!
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/107
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/96

ARE YOU ABLE TO PROVIDE DECENT EXAMPLES? NOPE!

Other crimes for which women are sentenced to death include terrorism, prostitution, blasphemy, kidnapping, armed robbery, and witchcraft.
Perfect ...

Like said terrorism is a no go, if you are in a big organisation!

About kidnapping: well it depends from the situation ... and which other crimes have been done at the same time ...

Meanwhile just a reminder! If Breivik was a woman, she would deserve a death sentence too! Doesn't matter the sex! It's time to stop this bullshit "poor women" ...
https://news.1rj.ru/str/BreivikDeathSentence
Same for other serious crimes (where we have 100% the proofs, so again not 99% but 100%, otherwise a life sentence in prison!)
https://news.1rj.ru/str/DeathSentenceNOW

Women are criminals like men, and deserve the exact same sentences, no matter they need to go in prison for life or other! Same for over 18 or under 18!
https://news.1rj.ru/str/LawsTelegram/48
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/1696
So now let we go back to the main topic the girl talked in the video we commented before
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/1815

with
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/1812
to
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/1817

First, we already talked about adultery
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/96
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/107
https://news.1rj.ru/str/ShittyDeathSentences/114

we already said, that BETTER WOULD BE HAVING SEX JUST WITH ONE PEOPLE
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/1697
but we know how generations change so
- for us doing sex during a marriage, if both agree with that, is ok! we prefer that, instead of doing behind the back!
https://news.1rj.ru/str/RapeTelegram/1687
but again, obviously would be better without such things ...

Now, why should polygamy be ok and adultery not?

For those who have 0 knowledge:
- Polygamy is defined as “a marital relationship involving multiple spouses”
- Adultery is a sexual relationship in which a man or women has with another partner rather than his/her own spouse.

Polygamy is rare around the world and mostly confined to a few regions https://perma.cc/G9G9-PD62

Polygamy should be recognized as a particular risk factor for developing social problems in children; thus, with proper education to the families, more attention to the children’s emotional and social needs is required to vavoid this situation.

HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT 84% AGREE WITH A DEATH SENTENCE WITH STONES FOR ADULTERY!!!!!!!!!! WTF??????!

Some of the highest support for stoning is found in South Asia and the Middle East-North Africa region. In Pakistan (89%) and Afghanistan (85%), more than eight-in-ten Muslims who want Islamic law as their country’s official law say adulterers should be stoned, while nearly as many say the same in the Palestinian territories (84%) and Egypt (81%) https://perma.cc/3GAY-S4AR
