Ukrainians living abroad have been asked not to return home until the spring, according to Irina Vereshchuk, Ukraine's Minister for Reintegration of Uncontrolled Territories.

"We need to survive the winter. I will ask you not to return. Unfortunately, the(energy) networks will not survive. You see what Russia is doing? If possible, stay to spend the winter abroad", Vereshchuk said.

▪️ In the Nikolaevo-Krivoy Rog direction, the enemy by 2 company tactical groups unsuccessfully attacked our troops' positions in the direction of Ishchanka and Bruskinskoye in the Kherson region. All attacks were repulsed. Up to 130 Ukrainian fighters, 3 tanks, 9 armored combat vehicles, and 11 vehicles were destroyed as a result of the fire attack.
▪️In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy with the forces of 1 BtGr attacked Russian positions on a narrow front in the direction of the LNR settlement of Kuzemivka. Russian artillery fire defeated Ukrainian units and drove the enemy back to their initial positions. More than 30 Ukrainian fighters, 1 tank, 3 armored fighting vehicles and 2 pick-up trucks were destroyed.
▪️On the Krasno-Limansk direction, as a result of active actions of Russian troops, more than 120 Ukrainian militants, 3 tanks, 2 BMPs, 1 APC, 3 pickup trucks, and 1 vehicle were destroyed.

Nazi minister Iryna Vereshchuk urged Ukrainians abroad not to return to Ukraine at least until spring because "the (electricity) grids are notwithstanding".

Earlier, Zelenski, speaking by video link at an international conference on Ukraine's reconstruction in Berlin, lamented that so far, he has not received "a single cent" for the implementation of a $17bn rapid reconstruction plan for the country.
It seems that Kiev has decided that if the West is in no hurry to take on the entire Nazi-controlled territory, let it be forced to do so about those Ukrainians in EU countries. The Europeans have nowhere else to go - they are unlikely to deport Ukrainians. Vereshchuk would also urge the remaining Ukrainians to emigrate, but the EU would hardly appreciate such an approach. However, such a call logically follows from her statement. Ukrainians have become superfluous in their homeland, and the Nazi authorities are trying to get rid of them.
