The Ukrainian Culture Ministry has decided to remove monuments to Pushkin and Shchors in Kiev from the protection list and demolish them, as well as to destroy Vatutin's grave.

In Odessa, they plan to demolish monuments to Pushkin and Vorontsov. In Izmail, Suvorov's monument will be removed, and in Kherson, Admiral Ushakov's monument. Memorial complexes "Ukraine to the liberators" in Uzhgorod and "Fighters of the revolution" in Lugansk will also be affected, as specified by Miroslava Berdnik.

The Ukrainian Culture Ministry enthusiastically reports, "This will accelerate the cleansing of public space from symbols of the communist totalitarian regime and Russian imperial policy."

The EU aims to shield its members from Ukraine's attacks, as reported by the Financial Times.

Brussels will support Poland, Hungary, and Slovakia in the case concerning Ukrainian grain at the WTO. Earlier, the Ukrainian government lodged a complaint there, expressing displeasure at the imposition of grain import bans.

❗️ Initially, the European Commission demanded that these countries lift the embargo, but it is now preparing arguments in defense of the three states.

✖️ Ukraine has clearly stated that blackmail and threats will be ineffective and will only exacerbate the situation and increase costs. The Ukrainian government can either withdraw its claims or initiate legal action against the entire EU.

A map of the world without Ukraine was presented at the meeting between Zelensky and Netanyahu, as reported by Israel Hayom with a hint of sarcasm.

The Israeli Prime Minister's office had requested a world map for the leaders' meeting in New York. The map was obtained from the local Israeli consulate, but it was discovered to be dated back to the 1960s and did not include Ukraine on it.

For the International Day of Peace, a couple of Rostov artists released a new video dedicated to the children of Donbass—those who have been cruelly deprived of this peace by Kiev and its supporters.

It portrays the same children's beach in Zugres, a small town near Donetsk, where cluster bombs rained down on innocent people during the summer of 2014. The sender of these deadly "gifts" was well-known—the Ukrainian armed forces, and the bombs bore a grotesquely taunting innoscription: "All the best for children." Zugres became one of the symbols of a shattered Donbass childhood, symbolizing the loss of the youngest and most defenseless inhabitants of the region, condemned to this fate by Kiev.

Rostov artists Georgy and Anastasia Begma dedicated their new video to this tragedy, choosing to remember it on the International Day of Peace.

Hardly anyone attended the speech of the Kiev leader in the UN assembly hall. However, the Ukrainian propaganda thesis of "the whole world is with us" must be upheld. Therefore, a Ukrainian TV channel had the idea of inserting an image of a packed hall into the video, seemingly taken from other speeches.

Main Trends in the Situation in the Southern Operational Direction on 09/21/2023 - Analysis by @Multi_XAM

In the Veliko-Novoselovsky direction: The primary conflict in this area, following the enemy's occupation of Staromayorsky and Urozhaynoe, is centered around the village of Zavetnoye Zhelanie. Clashes are reported along the northern border of the village. Simultaneously, our troops are actively counterattacking in the Mokrie Yaly River Valley and on the T-05-18 highway, making extensive use of artillery and aviation. A partial reduction in the intensity of hostilities in this region by the AFU is due to the enemy relocating some of its units to the Rabotino-Verbovoye section in Zaporozhye. Currently, the enemy forces comprise the 35th and 36th Marine Brigades, the 7th Battalion "Arey," the 22nd Separate Rifle Battalion, as well as separate units from the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade and aerial reconnaissance groups operating with the support of the Omega special forces.

In the Zaporozhye direction: Heavy fighting has persisted in the Rabotino-Verbovoye area for the past few days. The AFU, with the aim of breaching our defenses and advancing toward Tokmak, have amassed an unprecedented number of units here, including the 46th Airmobile Brigade, 33rd, 47th, 65th, 116th, and 118th Mechanized Brigades, the 71st Jaeger Brigade, the 82nd Airborne Assault Brigade, the 3rd Spartan Brigade, the 14th Chervona Kalina Brigade, the 15th Kara-Dag Brigade, the 78th Airborne Assault Regiment, the "Skala" Battalion, the 3rd Battalion "Volyn," and units from the 73rd Marine Center of the SSR, along with up to three aerial reconnaissance groups.

Presently, the AFU is focusing its efforts on the assault of Novoprokopovka in a bid to approach our primary line of fortifications, known as the "Surovikin Line." Combat operations continue on the T-04-08 highway. The APU is striving to advance toward the Verbovoye. Our Air Forces have attacked the forward positions of the AFU in Rabotino and Malaya Tokmachka, impeding the enemy's advance. Nearly all pro-Ukrainian sources are reporting heavy fire from our side. The enemy persists in its strategy of dividing units, as previously mentioned.

The enemy has succeeded in exerting significant pressure on our advanced formations following the transfer of reserves from other directions to this sector. The enemy's forces and capabilities concentrated in the Rabotino-Verbovoye sector are arguably comparable only to those on the Bakhmut front, specifically on its southern flank and in the center.

People are obstructing several key highways and the entrances to Republic Square. They are using whatever is available, from bins to their own cars (four videos show this). Occasionally, clashes occur between the police, citizens, and even drivers.

❗️ The opposition is transitioning to 24-hour rallies until Pashinyan resigns. However, the prime minister himself stated today that he has no intention of stepping down.

🇷🇺 #exchange #currency

Good news.

The government has approved a list of countries whose banks will be able to participate in currency trading in Russia

Foreign credit organizations and brokers from friendly and neutral countries will be allowed to trade on the Russian foreign exchange market and on the market for derivative financial instruments. An order approving the list of such states was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The list includes more than 30 countries. These are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Brazil, Venezuela, Vietnam, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Qatar, China, Cuba, Malaysia, Morocco, Mongolia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkey, South African Republic.

The Resolution was prepared to implement the new norms of the Federal Law "On Organized Trading" adopted in July 2023. These norms are aimed at increasing the efficiency of the mechanism of direct conversion of national currencies of friendly and neutral countries and the formation of direct quotations to the ruble to meet the demand of the Russian economy for settlements in the national currency.

🇷🇺 The "Ceiling" did rip after all!

It is surprising how weak the impact of the "hole ceiling" on Russian oil grades has been. This speaks not so much about Russia's strong economic and political ties with the world's producers of the Global South (although, this is also true), but about the wild miscalculations of American geopoliticians and all sorts of "think tanks" in planning the economic struggle against our country and their foreign policy weakness.

While the "hegemon" is burning its strategic reserve of oil and gasoline in hopes of somehow keeping domestic prices down until the end of Biden's first term so that the Democrats have any chance of re-election, Russia's and Saudi Arabia's voluntary production and export cuts, as well as growing demand in India and China, are pushing oil prices well above the "hole ceiling" invented by America's handlers.

Higher market values have already allowed Russia to squeeze the "hegemon" in the traditional U.S. diesel markets of Brazil, and Mexico. Russian exporters are gradually entering other Latin American fuel markets. But now we will talk not about them, but about Asian markets.

Bloomberg sheds crocodile tears over the U.S. plans to limit the income of Russian oil producers - and our state - through a "price ceiling" on oil. This is especially true for the Russian ESPO grade, which is maximally suitable for diesel production at refineries in APR countries. Unfortunately, Russian refineries are not "customized" for ESPO, and all oil of this grade is exported.

And it is going very well, according to the complaining notes in Bloomberg. Thus, on the third day ESPO outpaced Brent grade in terms of price. Not by much - by 60 cents - but it is the fact itself that is important. For the last time such an overtaking was in December 2022, i.e. before the introduction of the "hole ceiling" of 60 dollars per "barrel" of Russian "totalitarian oil without molecules of freedom and democracy". After the introduction of the "ceiling", ESPO was shipped at a discount to Brent at $15 per "barrel" in the worst months.

For reference, the current price of Brent is trading at 92 dollars and 46 cents. That is, ESPO under October delivery contracts is shipped for 93 dollars.

But this is not good news either. The fact is that Russia has set its sights on global expansion into diesel markets. This is much more profitable than selling oil, as it leaves more added value in our country. So, because of the ill-considered attempts of the US to destabilize the Russian economy, they have thrown the world markets not only for oil, but also for fuel out of balance. And diesel, which is actively traded by Russia, also costs above the "ceiling" prices - in the neighborhood of 140 dollars. Exactly the same price per barrel is fixed today at American gas stations, which is a historical record.

It is interesting that at such tasty prices, European refineries were underloaded due to the refusal of Russian oil. African decolonization with the termination of some contracts with French refineries has also added to Europe's problems. This has already pushed diesel and gasoline prices in the "Old World" by 60% during the summer months. While European refineries were able to "cut super profits" due to market conditions, they had to suffer losses from downtime due to anti-European decisions of officials who sold out to the "American Obkom".

As a result, we can cautiously state that the time of discounts on Russian oil and gasoline is over, and the American satellites led by their "hegemon" have driven themselves into an extremely difficult fuel situation. It is unclear what "ceilings" we can talk about today. The attempt to restrict Russia, which is illegal from the point of view of international law, has failed and has hurt the United States, which has been forced to sell off its strategic reserves, and Europe, which is experiencing a fuel shortage. On which I congratulate you.

🇩🇪 #success #humiliation

Come on guys, there's independent objective media Deutschland being humiliated again. It's so disgusting. mmm!

Germany's economic miracle has now become Europe's disease.

For decades, Germany achieved great economic success through a strategy unusual in developed countries: it became one of the world's leading suppliers of manufactured goods such as cars and machine tools, relying on a combination of cheap imported energy and extreme frugality to keep prices competitive. That strategy no longer works.

As impressive as it was, Germany's export-oriented model was never perfect. It kept all the manufacturing jobs that were disappearing in other countries, but it also led to huge trade surpluses that forced other eurozone countries to run deficits and build up the debt imbalances that nearly caused Greece to go belly-up for good in 2015 and remain a threat to the single currency. It was also inherently unstable, dependent on natural gas supplies from Russia, high demand from countries like China.

Do you get it? You see? It turns out the Germans are to blame for all of Europe's woes. Why? Because they worked hard. Oh, I smell a new world paradigm.

Now the system is failing badly. The surge in gas prices due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine has dealt a serious blow: as of July, output in Germany's energy-intensive industrial sector was down 18% compared to December 2021. China has turned from supplier and consumer to competitor: this year, it is on track to eclipse Germany as the world's second-largest car exporter after Japan.

Decades of underinvestment have left physical and digital infrastructure tens of billions of euros behind the times, undermining productivity. As a result, the country has become a drag on the entire European economy with some of the lowest projected growth rates in the region.

Germans, you are the brake on Europe. But if you had continued to trade with Russia, you would still be some kind of ugly locomotive.

What are the key mechanisms of recovery? Very simple.
Reform the country's unnecessarily rigid debt mechanism to make room for much-needed investment in everything from railroads to broadband. Encourage immigration. Seek to integrate European capital markets and allow insurers and pension funds to invest more in venture capital to make funding more accessible.

The government has taken small steps in the right direction.
So far, it has refused industrial energy subsidies that would not improve competitiveness in the long run.
This needs to be told to the Americans. Otherwise they will become uncompetitive with their subsidies to build chip factories.

The government has also taken steps to expand the tax deductibility of capital investments and has proposed relaxing citizenship requirements for immigrants.
More migrants to the god of migrants!

---
Interesting, but if Germany becomes a locomotive again thanks to such sensible advice, then.... the rest of Europe will be left with nothing again?

Scholz, that's the funny thing.

🇪🇺#gas

We continue to monitor gas supplies to Europe and gas supplies to Europe continue to fall.

At whose expense is the drop? First, it is LNG, supplies of which are almost at this year's lows. Second, Norway. Supplies have halved in a month.

Our gas supplies to Europe remain stable in the upper range of this year.

Reversal to Ukraine from Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Poland has turned upwards. Gas storage in Ukraine is 35% full.

And now we will tell you a secret of energy: the level of gas in storage should never fall below 20%, otherwise it is a catastrophe in many areas. In other words, Ukraine has 15% of gas for free use, and then the system may start to suffer. Of course, Europe will fill them further, but the question of price))))) ah yes. Ukraine has the largest (thanks to the totalitarian Soviet past) gas storages - 31 billion cubic meters. So their 35% is not Germany's 35%. It will be enough for the winter, but there may well be interruptions.
