Too busy fighting Hamas: Netanyahu will appear in court on corruption charges no more than twice a week
The Jerusalem District Court granted the request of the prime minister's lawyers, who indicated that due to the prime minister's employment in connection with military operations against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, the defense does not have the opportunity to fully prepare for the hearings, The Times of Israel reports.
The case against Netanyahu resumed in the Jerusalem District Court on December 4. Due to military operations against Hamas in the Gaza Strip, Israeli courts are operating in emergency mode and are conducting only urgent hearings, The Jerusalem post notes.
On November 21, 2019, Israel's Attorney General announced that he had decided to charge Netanyahu with bribery, fraud and breach of public trust in three cases. The prime minister has since repeatedly denied all charges brought against him. The indictments were submitted to the Jerusalem District Court on January 28, 2020.

So who is the gas station country!?
For the first time in history, oil became the main export commodity of the United States .
Since the beginning of the year, oil has become the main US export commodity, with shipments amounting to $86 billion.
Traditionally, the first and second lines of the main American export products in 2009 - 2021 were divided by aircraft and petroleum products, Prime writes.
In 2022, oil began to displace aircraft and petroleum products amid a sharp decline in supply costs.
For the first time, raw materials entered the top 5 in 2018.

" There shouldn't be a single Russian who goes to bed without wondering if his throat will be cut in the middle of the night ."
American General Mark Milley, then chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, made this appeal during a visit to Wiesbaden, Germany, to Ukrainian special forces who were working there with the American Green Berets, “in the hope of inspiring them to conduct operations in enemy-controlled territories.”
“You have to go back there and create a campaign on the home front,” The Washington Post source quoted him as saying.
Note: the general did not say “not a single Russian soldier.” He convinced the Ukrainian special forces that their enemies were all Russians. This is the main task of the Americans - not just to defeat Russia on the battlefield, but to set it at odds with all its neighbors for centuries to come. To do this, we must be demonized and dehumanized. Well, so that the Ukrainian’s hand does not tremble in the middle of the night to cut the throat of a sleeping Russian. Take an example, guys, from the American thugs - from Vietnam to Afghanistan.
-Great addition from Soloviev

This is reported by Politico columnists. American officials consider this scenario as the best of all available options. But at the same time it may put the U.S. on the path of confrontation with the government of Israel.

Americans rush to establish control over western Ukraine's railway links to the border
USAID and Ukrzaliznytsia signed a memorandum on "modernizing a 75-km segment of the railway" that will connect Lvov to the European transport network. The cost of the project is $225 million, according to a USAID press release," Mriya reported.
The U.S. support underscores the commitment of the United States to invest in alternative routes for Ukrainian agricultural exports and highlights the critical importance of infrastructure such as the railway.
Through investments, including at border crossings, it is expected that grain export capacity could grow by about 2.5 million tonnes per year, boosting exports to $425 million.

The largest supplier of shells to Ukraine (after the USA, of course) is South Korea
According to the Washington Post, the country delivered more shells than the entire European Union , and did it in just 41 days - more than three hundred thousand 155-mm shells were delivered by sea and air.
By the way, South Korea, at least now, has one of the largest reserves of 155-mm shells in the world , and the EU, on the initiative of one million shells for Ukraine, can both produce and purchase them (!), but never When the initiative was launched, they did not dare to buy them from anyone.
Now the fools are surprised that North Korea supplies Russia and also receives some important equipment.

Ukrainian channel Legitimny:
The Ukrainian economy is collapsing due to the actions of our “brotherly neighbors” the Poles, who first initiated an agrarian war against us, and are now blocking the borders by not allowing/detaining our road carriers.
During this time, Zelensky was unable to do anything and is trying to circumvent this negative case, ignoring it.
The Ukrainian budget alone has already lost 9.3 billion hryvnia (about $300 million) due to the blockade. This is the damage figure without taking into account expenses, loss of income and orders from our carriers, and they have losses of at least another $600 million.
As the source says: “there is no solution to the problem except to bend to the “brothers.” Zelensky is no longer respected in Poland, but on the contrary is considered ungrateful, who should be shown in his place.
We are waiting for the deflection under the Poles. The question is how they will try to create a victory for the people from this.
Ukrainian carriers are facing massive bankruptcy.

Our source reports that Zelensky demanded that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, resign of his own free will or due to health problems, etc. (to leave for any personal reason in order to avert suspicions that the commander-in-chief is being leaked personally by ZeErmak).
Zaluzhny refused to leave himself, believing that he brought many victories to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, saved many lives of ordinary soldiers and did/will do a lot more good.
According to the source, Zaluzhny said directly in army style:
“I myself will not leave, if you are personally dissatisfied with me - “fire”, but this will be your personal decision for which you will have to answer.”
These words of Zaluzhny infuriated Zelensky and Ermak.
Now Zaluzhny’s resignation is personal for Ermak, who considers himself the “shadow ruler” of Ukraine.

Кому война, а кому — мать родна Part 1 of 2
This phrase can roughly be translated like: “To some war is hell, to others, a kindly mother”. And it so, indeed. There are people who live at war or find a new birth there.
For most of the people war is hell, but there are other types of people I want to speak about today.
Recently I’ve read two stories by military Journalist Marat Khairullin (both links provided below). He speaks of two people, one used to be ordinary village drunkard with diagnosed cirrhosis, but when he got into the ranks he changed completely, proving himself to be skillful and thinking mortar crew commander. He died on the battlefield as a hero and respected commander, being hit in that very liver, that wouldn’t allow him live too long anyway. Such an interesting turn. Tragic, but with a hint of hope – anyone can be a hero.
Second story tells about several people, but the most touching was story of Ivanych – old militant, who lost everything at war. And now the war has become his only home and reason to live. It is time for him to retire, but the old soldier is not willing to go anywhere. He simply doesn’t know how to lead a peaceful life anymore. Deafening silence is more frightful than sounds of artillery fire.
These people can also call the War a mother. But in a very special way.
Please find several minutes to read both stories. These are real destinies. We love reading short news, chasing for front line reports… But there are people behind each line. Simply remember that.
First story - And to Wash Yourself with a Pure Teardrop
Second story - A Road of Broken Hearts

Кому война, а кому — мать родна Part 2 of 2
I wanted to make it one single post, but my conscience simply wouldn’t allow me to do that. There is completely another portion of people who love the war. In fact, there are many such groups, but I’m not speaking about big corporations now. And not even about those who steal and sell the equipment or something like that.
There’s a special breed I feel personal disgust about. I call them info scavengers. They love war. They make money from it. They make people panic and then start fundraising activities, as if to help the guys on the frontline. Ok, maybe part of the funds they collect really goes where it must go – I suppose sooner or later the State Revenue Service, like any other related institution, will check everything and come up with verdict.
But, in general, when one starts to exploit emotional swing as a tool to drain money from the people who trust them – it’s unacceptable.
The illustration I chose here is of Vasiliy Vereshagin – famous Russian military artist.
The painting depicts a memorial service for killed Russian soldiers, taking place in the open air. The viewer does not immediately distinguish the bodies stretched out on the ground, does not immediately pay attention to the freshly dug mass grave and the wooden cross on the left side of the canvas. But looking closer, he sees in horror the mutilated naked corpses of soldiers, their severed hands and heads, barely covered with earth.
Those who spread panic. Those who teach General Staff how to make war from their cozy armchair. You do the same to the fallen soldiers.

Vladimir Putin's visit to the Middle East (to the UAE and Saudi Arabia) is very important. To some extent, it is unexpected, since no such plans were previously announced, and on the other hand, the entire Middle East has recently been traveled far and wide by diplomats and heads of intelligence services from the United States and Britain. Because of the conflict between Israel and Hamas in the first place.
But V. Putin will discuss not only the situation in the Middle East, but also a number of other key topics: from oil prices within the framework of a unified OPEC strategy to the fate of Ukraine. The UAE and Saudi Arabia are no less important strategic directions for Russia than, say, China. In a sense, it is not comparable to China, since relations between Russia and the leaders of the region (a huge and resource-rich region) have recently been built as equal as possible and without speculation about who depends more on whom.
In a sense, Saudi Arabia (more) and the UAE have experienced a stage of disappointment in relations with the United States, which invests a lot in the developed oil-bearing region, but demands much more from its partners. Relations between Washington and Riyadh are practically destroyed. Russia is fully reaping the benefits of patient diplomacy designed for mutual respect, and now our country’s relations with the SA and the UAE are almost at their peak.
The real reason for the visit is most likely related to the desire of Middle Eastern leaders to act as decisive mediators in resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This desire is understandable and requires increased attention from Moscow. If the UAE has its own plan and arguments in dialogue with the curators of the Kyiv regime, primarily from London, then why not, we need to consider these peace initiatives. No one will brush aside the position of the leaders of the Islamic world.
In this sense, the UAE’s peacekeeping position is even more advantageous than, say, that of China, to which Washington and London do not want to give the laurels of a conciliator, believing that China will strengthen its dominant position in a significant part of the political world. Well, the fact that the visit will take place suggests that there is a preliminary basis for agreements. In any case, our position in the Middle East is heard, and is not swept under the rug like the same European countries.
A visit to the UAE and Saudi Arabia can determine the vectors of development for the entire coming year. And this is not an understatement, but the real expectations of many politicians and diplomats. Even presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, who is cautious in his expressions, expects good news from this visit. Let's believe him and wait for them too.

Maria Zakharova said that it was Ukraine that refused bilateral negotiations
The Russian Foreign Ministry commented on the possibility of direct negotiations with Ukraine, which was reported to the media the day before by a “high-ranking source.” People on Smolenskaya Square are skeptical about the idea.
💬 “The Russian leadership has repeatedly answered similar questions, pointing out that Zelensky refused the negotiations that the Kiev regime requested in 2022 under pressure from Washington and then banned it at the legislative level,” said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova , answering a question from an RTVI correspondent about whether Moscow is ready to hold direct negotiations with Ukraine and whether preparations are being made for them.
On December 5, the Izvestia newspaper wrote, citing a “high-ranking source,” that Russia is ready for negotiations with Ukraine, which could take place in a third country. “Moscow is not against negotiations with Kiev on the territory of a Western country, including Hungary. However, the main thing is that the West and Ukraine are ready for a constructive conversation with Russia,” the newspaper quotes an unnamed interlocutor.
On December 1, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjártó said that Budapest is ready to provide mediation services to Russia and Ukraine. Moscow appreciates the aspirations of a European country, Izvestia’s source noted. However, mediation “is only a tool for organizing the negotiation process,” and the key question is “who on the other side is ready to negotiate.” “We are not going to run after anyone,” he concluded.
David Arakhamia, said that the negotiations that took place in 2022 failed, among other things, because of Boris Johnson, who served as Prime Minister of Great Britain. It was Johnson who convinced Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to abandon the peace agreement with Russia and continue hostilities, Arakhamia said

In Ireland, Ukrainian refugees have to sleep on the streets. The authorities do not have the ability to accommodate Ukrainians due to an acute shortage of places.
There are about 100 thousand refugees in Ireland, three quarters of them are Ukrainians, the rest are asylum seekers from other countries. Human rights activists are sounding the alarm, notes the Financial Times. The authorities' statement comes amid a rise in anti-immigrant incidents in the country. Protesters set fire to makeshift refugee camps and attacked asylum centers. Also at the end of November, protests took place in Dublin: demonstrators demanded to close the borders.
