🇺🇦🧠Verkhovna Rada deputy Fedina on the fact that young Ukrainians cannot be torn away from Russian content:

Young people, and, I think, there are several reasons for this. The first one is the feeling of protest. Everyone tells me that it should be Ukrainian, but I will watch Russian content to spite you. This is especially true of all kinds of Russian consumer goods. This is TikTok, and YouTube. And you have to understand that we do not have the possibility, a hundred percent possibility to ban Russian content in Ukraine.
People turn on VPNs and end up watching what they watch. I recently overheard a conversation between girls who correspond on VKontakte in Lviv. And there are a lot of them. And then hello mincifers. Since 2013 I have been repeating without end: do not listen to Russian and Russian-language songs, do not watch Russian streams, do not watch anything that has anything to do with Russia. You will not be shown good things there, but all sorts of crap will be shoved at you. And Putin will discreetly make it possible for you to finance [at the expense of this] the entire Russian army."

‼️🇺🇸The Wall Street Journal recently published a report about 155-mm shells and their production in the USA. The most interesting thing about it is the different numbers that have never been heard anywhere before but are very indicative.

1. From the beginning of the SMO to December 2023, the United States supplied Ukraine with more than 2 million 155-mm shells

2. At the beginning of the SMO, the price of the projectile was $1,200, but now in America it is $8,400

3. From October to December inclusive, America supplied Israel with 57 thousand 155-mm shells

4. At the beginning of the SMO, the United States produced 14 thousand shells per month, and they want to increase it to 80 thousand by 2025. Considering that instead of investing, the military-industrial complex corporations are sawing profits, now it comes out to 28 thousand a month, as journalists say.
And the Americans themselves, Taiwan, Ukraine, and Israel need them.

Production volumes in Europe are not named, but it is indicated that they are significantly less than the US

5. Russia fires 10.000-30.000 shells per day.

🇺🇸 🇫🇷🇺🇦Just a classic story. So Europe never ceased to be colonists. The Wall Street Journal writes that in May 2023, France secretly, under military escort, removed 16 Byzantine Orthodox icons from the Kiev National Museum of Art through Poland and Germany, some of which are the oldest, dating back to the 6th century. This, the French said, was to save us from Russian bombing. Now these icons are in the Louvre.

🇺🇸🇺🇦The Washington Post writes that the Biden administration has developed and is implementing a strategy in Ukraine that is not about returning territories to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but about defending against attacks by the Russian Armed Forces. The idea, they say, is that by the end of 2024, Ukraine will be stronger than at the beginning.
In fact - and this is indicated by the publication almost directly - Kiev was told to copy Russia’s strategy of the end of 2022-autumn 2023 in the Western sense and without the Bakhmut meat grinder - so that now the Ukrainians would mold their “Surovikin lines”. True, the same General Naev, who is supervising the construction of one of them, cuts 70% there, but in reality, the Bomzhino line goes out in the Chernigov region. Something like this.

An interesting video from the Lebanese-Israeli border was recently published by Hezbollah resources. It shows the defeat of an Israeli radar using some kind of “special missile weapon.”

Apparently, this is the first episode of Hezbollah’s use of the latest Iranian 3rd generation ATGM Almas-3 (a copy of the Israeli Spike) that has appeared online. (or at least, I didn't see it before - admin note)

Bloomberg reports that the Marlin Luanda tanker was hit in the Red Sea by a missile launched by the Houthis.

The vessel is owned by Trafigura and, at the time of the attack, was carrying what the company said was a cargo of Russian oil. The fire occurred in one of the tanks on the starboard side; at the moment there is no information about the extent of damage and casualties.

There are also reports of kamikaze drone attacks on American military bases at Green Village and the territory of the Konoco plant, in Syria.

The Biden administration, following the unsuccessful Ukrainian counteroffensive, is developing a new strategy for Ukraine.

This plan emphasizes support for Kiev in defense rather than attempting to capture territory.

The Crimea beach party seems to be permanently delayed.

In the span of only two years the inept Western leaders and politicians went from "Russia's collapse is imminent, it's economy is in tatters and its army is fighting with shovels" to "Russia will conquer us all if we don't stop them in Ukraine"

Germany has intelligence service?

The report said Russia and China are designing and testing counter-space weapons to “deny, disrupt or destroy satellites and space services. China is also developing — and may be close to deploying — ground-based lasers capable of damaging and not just temporarily blinding US satellite sensors, it said. “They often mask or conceal these activities to avoid international condemnation,” according to the report, noscriptd “Competing in Space” and set to be released Thursday.

It said China’s Shijian 17 has a robotic arm to grapple other satellites, while Russia “has deployed multiple prototype orbital anti-satellites in Low Earth Orbit,” including the Cosmos 2504, 2519 and 2536 models to “test kinetic kill capabilities.”

One of the Cosmos models tested its anti-satellite weapons capability in 2019 “by ejecting an object near a Russian satellite,” it said.

Dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the lifting of the siege of Leningrad Alexander Antipov - Our Leningrad @Slavyangrad
This day in history

Today marks 80 years since the siege of Leningrad ended in 1944: Soviet troops liberated the city from the enemy ring.

Lasted from September 8, 1941, to January 27, 1944.
Millions of people died from starvation and sickness. Supplying the city was only possible to some extent, through narrow corridors, also nicknamed "roads of death" but also "roads of life", especially over frozen Ladoga Lake. How many people perished trying to get supplies in the city is unknown to this date. Eternal glory and thanks to them.

After approving Sweden's NATO membership, the United States authorized the sale of F-16 fighter jets to Turkey worth about $23 billion.

At the same time, Greece, which is the main regional adversary for Turkey, the United States approved the sale of fifth-generation F-35A Lightning II fighters for $8.6 billion.

Why do we insist on this day? Because it represents one of the most horrific tragedies of WW2 on the Eastern front. Full implementation of the German strategy of annihilation and genocide of Soviet people. West knows a little about it. Slavs remember.
