💬 "The attack on Bryansk was planned in advance to maximize damage and civilian deaths. The strike on Bryansk is a war crime," Dmitry Belik, a lawmaker of the Russian parliament's lower house and a member of the Committee on International Affairs, told Sputnik.

On Tuesday, Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz said that the Ukrainian forces had launched a missile attack on Bryansk, killing six people and injuring 37 others. The Russian Health Ministry said that 35 wounded had been hospitalized in Bryansk, some in serious condition.

Pakistan is working on the second phase of the CPEC.

The ports of Karachi and Gwadar provide the shortest routes to the landlocked areas of South and Central Asia, and Pakistan becomes a natural link in the chain of corridors, he said.

Earlier in the day, the Russkaya compressor station in the Anapa district of the Krasnodar region, the starting point for gas supplies via the Turkish Stream pipeline, was attacked, Gazprom said.

What else did Gazprom say about other attacks:
