🔻Michelle Obama's brother and sister-in-law are suing a Milwaukee, Wisconsin, school that they say kicked the niece and nephew of the ex-first lady out over complaints about racism.
The Robinsons enrolled their children, ages 11 and 9, at the school in 2016. The school expelled their older son in April 2021 and the younger one in June 2021.
Robinson said he and his wife approached the school about their concerns, but it “summarily dismissed our young children, retaliating against them because of the issues we brought up.”
Craig Robinson and his wife are intending to hold the school accountable, “not just to our two children whom they retaliated against. More importantly, there’s a whole community of people out there that we wouldn’t feel right if we weren’t going up on this. This happened moving forward”

In a letter to shareholders, Netflix attributed its subscriber loss to several factors, including a slowdown in adopting broadband and smart TVs, password sharing among households, and increased competition from traditional cable and broadcast TV and other emerging streaming services.
Netflix had been the original disrupter in entertainment. Its emergence in the field encouraged every major studio in Hollywood to adopt a streaming strategy to better compete with Netflix’s bingeable, no-advertising revolution. Now with entrants like Disney+ and HBO Max sporting their compelling services, they are forced to use other strategies.

😨 A suspect has been arrested in connection with a body that was found in the parking lot of a Louisiana business.
Police confirmed the woman’s brutal death was broadcast on Facebook Live in a gruesome nearly 15-minute feed. Police sources said David’s hands were bound to the steering wheel and that she was found naked.
The live streaming led to the man, Earl Lee Johnson Jr., 35, being charged with murder in the killing of Janice David, 34, who was found in the vehicle on Monday night with her hands bound and body bloodied from more than 10 stabs wounds, Sgt. L’Jean McKneely, a spokesman for the Baton Rouge Police Department, said by phone.
Detectives said Johnson choked David, beat her, and stabbed her. They added it is believed the pair had been on a three or four-day drug binge together.
