▪Military biological projects in Ukraine are being developed not only by the US, but by other NATO countries as well, such as Germany and Poland;

▪Germany launched its own biosecurity programme in 2013: 12 countries have participated, including Ukraine;

▪From 2016 to 2019, military epidemiologists from the Bundeswehr Institute of Microbiology took 3,500 blood serum samples from Ukrainian citizens living in 25 regions of the country;

▪The Polish Institute of Veterinary Medicine has carried out research on the rabies virus in Ukraine: these studies were conducted jointly with one of the Pentagon’s key contractors;

▪Poland has sponsored Lvov Medical University, which includes a participant in US military biological projects - the Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene, where, since 2002, they have been retraining specialists with experience in working with dual-use materials;

▪There was a deliberate infection of residents of the Slavyanoserbsky district (LPR) with highly drug-resistant tuberculosis in 2020: the organisers of the incident began to distribute counterfeit banknotes infected with the causative agent of tuberculosis among children in the village of Stepovoye

⚡Russian MoD on the US Democratic Party's role in military biological research:

▪Investment funds of the Clintons, Rockefellers, Soros, and Biden, as well as other NGOs which are under the control of the US Democratic Party are donating money to finance military biological research;

▪So-called "Big Pharma" companies are involved in this scheme, including Pfizer, Moderna, Merck, as well as Gilead, a US military-affiliated company;

▪US experts are working on testing new medicines, bypassing international safety standards;

▪Thus, Western companies are significantly reducing the costs of implementing research programmes and gaining significant competitive advantages;

▪The involvement of non-governmental and biotech organisations allows the leaders of the Democratic Party to receive additional financial revenue for election campaigns and to conceal cash flows

⚡Russian MoD on experiments on Ukrainian citizens at a psychiatric hospital in the Kharkov region:

▪Information revealing details of the Pentagon's inhumane experiments on Ukrainian citizens in psychiatric hospital No. 1 (in the village of Strelechie, Kharkov region) has been received;

▪The target group serving as experimental subjects were male patients aged 40-60 years with a high level of physical exhaustion;

▪To hide the fact that they were from the US, the researchers who conducted the biological studies arrived via third countries: for example, Florida native Linda Oporto was involved in this scheme;

▪In January 2022, foreign citizens conducting the experiments were urgently evacuated from Ukraine, while the equipment and drugs they used were taken to the western regions of the country

⚡Russia’s Ministry of Defence has analysed the activities of the biological and veterinary laboratories in Mariupol:

▪Mariupol was used as a regional centre for the collection and certification of the cholera pathogen, when the city was under Ukrainian control;

▪According to documents, strains were being sent to the Public Health Centre in Kiev, then the biomaterials were transmitted to the United States. This activity had been carried out since 2014;

▪Almost the whole collection of pathogens was destroyed on 25 February 2022, but part of it (124 strains) was later taken to a safe storage by Russian specialists;

▪Typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, and gas gangrene pathogens are not typical of veterinary medicine, but they are in the collection. This may indicate the participation of the laboratory in a military biological programme;

▪The Russian MoD is examining material received from the Mariupol biolaboratories and will inform the public about the results soon
