🇩🇪 Telegram is conducting a survey among German users about whether the messenger app can transfer personal data of users who are suspected of committing serious crimes without trial.

The messenger provided three options:

▪️Personal data of suspects can be transferred only by court order (thus, the privacy policy will remain unchanged);

▪️Personal data of suspects can be given to the police without court decisions;

▪️Telegram should under no circumstances transfer personal data to authorities

Only users who have German SIM cards can take part in the survey.

❗EU to deliver 5.5 million potassium iodide pills to Ukraine to protect against potential radiation exposure, CNN says
