🇿🇦 Meghan Markle slammed by Nelson Mandela's grandson for saying South Africans celebrated her wedding the same way they rejoiced over his freedom
▪Meghan Markle said in an interview with The Cut that a South African actor had told her at the Lion King premiere in 2019: “We rejoiced in the streets the same we did when Mandela was freed from prison”;
▪Madiba's grandson Zwelivelile “Mandla” Mandela has reacted to the statement, claiming that the people of South Africa expressed their joy at his grandfather's release and danced in the streets for a far more important and serious reason than her marriage "to a white prince";
▪"Madiba's celebration was based on overcoming 350 years of colonialism with 60 years of a brutal apartheid regime in South Africa. So it cannot be equated to as the same," he said.

🇺🇸 American civilization is being destroyed from within by the ‘Republic of Nice,’ a publication in The Washington Times says
"The United States of America has been replaced by the Republic of Nice ... To incarcerate those charged with major crimes who can’t make bail wouldn’t be nice. To deny that America is uniquely racist isn’t nice. Securing our borders from crime, poverty, disease and drugs isn’t nice. Stopping the homeless from defecating on our streets isn’t nice," the author writes.
Signs of impending collapse are:
▪A ruling class that has opened the floodgates of uncontrolled immigration
▪Crime without punishment
▪Elites that mock the values "on which the US nation was founded"
▪Supporting "barbarians at the gates"
▪Refusing to procreate in sufficient numbers to maintain the population
What do you think, does the US have a future?

🌧 Governor declares water emergency for Mississippi capital
Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves said Monday night that he is declaring a state of emergency after excessive rainfall exacerbated problems in one of Jackson’s water-treatment plants and caused low water pressure through much of the capital city.
Reeves said that on Tuesday, the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency will start distributing both drinking water and non-potable water in the city of 150,000 residents, and the National Guard will be called in to help.
Jackson has longstanding problems with its water system. A cold snap in 2021 and 2022 left a significant number of people without running water after pipes froze. The city has been under a boil-water notice since late July because tests found a cloudy quality to the water that could lead to health problems.
