21 APEC member nations have agreed on the importance of transitioning to clean energy with additional focus on fair trade practices and on ensuring energy security. The final declaration of the Bangkok APEC summit also mentions Ukraine, with 🇺🇸Washinton's tough anti-🇷🇺Russian position being counter-balanced by the statement that there are other views and different assesments of the situation within the organization. Unlike G20 there was not much anti-Russian rhetoric in Bangkok and 🇹🇭 Thailand's officials seem to have done a lot to prevent possible confrontation on the Ukraine issue.
