Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK had been dismissed, with Kiev's Foreign Ministry giving no official reason for his sacking, British media reported

One British news website claimed that the ambassador had been on the receiving end of a "very strong" telephone call from Kiev.

A diplomatic source told a UK news agency that the reprimand was over his public criticism of Zelensky's response to British Defence Secretary Ben Wallace's comments at last week's NATO summit.

◾️ The Russian Armed Forces repulsed three attacks in the Krasny Liman direction and stopped the actions of a sabotage and reconnaissance group. The losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces amounted to more than 100 military personnel;

◾️Russian troops destroyed two ammunition depots in the Zaporozhye region;

◾️Russian troops destroyed the ammunition depot of the 123rd territorial defense brigade in the Kherson region;

Poland considering sending troops to Western Ukraine - Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergei Naryshkin said on Friday at a meeting held by President Vladimir Putin with the permanent members of the Security Council.

Putin stated at the meeting that Polish leaders plan to form a coalition under the guise of NATO and intervene in the conflict in Ukraine in order to seize land and return, as they believe, their historical territories.

The majority of Russians (76%) believe that Russian President Vladimir Putin is doing a good job, a poll by the Public Opinion Foundation showed on Friday.

The poll also found that 74% of citizens trust Putin, 15% do not trust him, and 11% were undecided.

🇺🇳 UN will continue its engagement with all parties to ensure that "crucial" Russian and Ukrainian food and fertilizer can reach global markets, the Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Martin Griffiths said.

“The bottom line is that food and fertilizer exports from Ukraine and the Russian Federation remain of crucial importance to global food security. The United Nations will therefore continue its engagement with all involved to ensure that Russian and Ukrainian food and fertilizer can continue to reach global markets: to ease prices and strengthen food security around the world,” Griffith told the Security Council.
