🇭🇺 Budapest does not intend to look for a new supplier of nuclear fuel for the Paks nuclear power plant and is satisfied with the cooperation with Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom and nuclear fuel company TVEL, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said in an interview with Sputnik.
When other companies contact Hungary, the country holds negotiations with them, but they cannot have any influence on Budapest's decision-making, the minister said, adding that the country makes decisions independently, based on its interests.

🇮🇳🇮🇩 Rising Oil Prices Pose Risks for India and Indonesia
🛢 With a recent 20% surge in Brent crude oil prices within just three months, experts predict that if Middle Eastern conflicts intensify, especially involving Iran, the prices might jump to $150 per barrel from their current stance at around $90.
Economists from Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. opine that such persistently high oil prices could spell trouble for nations like India, Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
🇲🇾 On the flipside, Malaysia, being an energy exporter, could benefit both economically and financially from these rising oil prices, according to economists.

🇺🇸 Americans show record low approval for military while US boosts aid to Ukraine, Israel
A former US military commander told Sputnik that the more weapons the US sends to other nations, the more it hurts its own readiness and training. The crisis comes at a time that military morale and public perceptions of the armed forces are both at historic lows.
Recently, a former senior US Army officer was the latest to raise the alarm about the impact of US military aid for Ukraine on the readiness status of American armed forces. Retired Brig. Gen. Don Bolduc told US media the program had “overstretched” US abilities, limiting its ability to intervene in other places, such as Israel, where the yearslong conflict with Hamas was renewed earlier this month.

🇮🇷 "If the limited opportunities that the United Nations has are not used, the possibility of the opening of new fronts against the regime is unavoidable,” said Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian.
Iran does not support the expansion of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, but it is possible that the country enters the war as no party can remain indifferent with the ongoing situation, the minister explained.
He added that the resistance leaders were all of the opinion that they will give a chance to a political solution if any is reached, but “any action is possible”.
