▪️ A two-year-old girl has been found dead in a river near Columbus, Indiana, two days after her father was rescued from a submerged truck miles away.
Jeremy Sweet and his daughter Emma went missing on Wednesday. On Friday, rescuers found Jeremy trapped in his vehicle in the White River. The man was pulled to safety, but said he had his daughter with him.
The search operation for Emma ended Sunday, when her body was discovered miles downstream from where Jeremy Sweet was found. The cause of her death is yet to be revealed.
