“It seems like he [Biden] was on some performance-enhancing drug, but it was either a lower dose or a less potent drug,” Carole Lieberman, a board-certified psychiatrist and best-selling author based in Beverly Hills, California, tells Sputnik.

“This is true for the most part, but he gave the people who like to say he's a narcissist something to point to. He needs to tone this down a little so more people can feel warm and fuzzy towards him,” she says.

"I don't think you would expect that the Russian president would set an alarm clock [at 4 a.m. Moscow time], wake up in the morning and watch a debate in the United States," Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated.

"Debate night was a fiasco for Team Biden and for the conspirators in media and elsewhere who have ceaselessly sold Biden disasters on many fronts as 'successes'," Wall Street analyst and investigative journalist Charles Ortel told Sputnik, commenting on the first Trump-Biden debate in Atlanta.

"One theoretical approach might be to field an all-female historic ticket, seeking to exploit perceived weaknesses for Republicans over stances on abortion and gender insensitivity. Here, a Michelle Obama ticket with, perhaps, Hillary Clinton might gel," he presumed.
