The Biden Administration’s response to COVID is getting worse every day. Joe Biden said, “there is no federal solution” to the pandemic, but he then federalized the distribution of antibodies, and red states are getting the short end of the stick. In my administration, we respected the role of Governors to take care of their own states, and they could request antibodies and therapeutics depending on what they needed. That’s the way our Country is supposed to be run.

Now, there’s talk by the Biden Administration again about closing schools and even vaccine mandates for school children. This is an outrage, and MAGA nation should rise up and oppose this egregious federal government overreach. The Democrats are so incredibly mandate happy—there is discussion about a vaccine mandate for school kids this year in Detroit and other Democrat-run places.

Our administration did what they said could not be done—vaccines in record time. But we never issued mandates, and I never would! People should be able to choose how they want to govern their own health. The federal government must be reined in and give the people back the freedom to decide whether they want to be vaccinated or not.

Joe Biden said he would never issue mandates, but he did it anyway like so many other things.

🌈 BMW debuts its new color-changing paint technology at CES: E Ink

Relying on E Ink, the electronic paper technology used in e-readers, and the old Pebble watch, the color-changing paint technology is making its debut on a concept version of the BMW iX that is being presented at CES.

The surface coating of the BMW iX Flow featuring E Ink contains many millions of microcapsules, with a diameter equivalent to the thickness of a human hair.

Just don’t expect to see this at your local BMW dealership anytime soon: the automaker says this is just an “advanced research and design project.”

If you’ve ever felt indecisive about what color vehicle to buy, BMW may have the car for you!

Boulder County Sheriff Joe Pelle said that the land owned by Twelve Tribes is part of an investigation into the source of the Marshall Fire, which began in Boulder County on Dec. 30 and destroyed over 900 structures and forced around 30,000 to evacuate the area, according to officials.

FBI records describe the group as a "cult" and show that it has been investigated following several complaints about child abuse.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis declared a state of emergency, which allows the state to gain access to disaster emergency funds.

Navy captain becomes 1st woman to command US nuclear carrier

The USS Abraham Lincoln deployed this week from San Diego under the command of Capt. Amy Bauernschmidt, the first woman to lead a nuclear carrier in U.S. Navy history. The carrier deployed Monday from Naval Air Station North Island as part of the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group.

🗣 “There is no more humbling sense of responsibility than to know you are entrusted with the care of the people who have chosen to protect our nation,” Bauernschmidt said

Bauernschmidt previously served as the commanding officer of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 70 and the amphibious transport dock San Diego. She has completed more than 3,000 flight hours during her career.

The strike group is deploying with what the Navy is touting as its “most advanced air wing” and is heading to the Indo-Pacific region.

⚡️ Biden accuses Trump of pursuing 'power over principle', calls Capitol riot 'armed insurrection'
❗️ US President Joe Biden accused his White House predecessor Donald Trump of creating a "web of lies" about the alleged election fraud to "pursue power over principle".

🗣 "One year ago, today, in this sacred place, democracy was simply attacked… Our Constitution faced the greatest of threats," Biden said.

According to the president, Trump was trying to "prevent the peaceful transfer of power" when he opposed the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

🗣 “Even before the first ballot was cast, the former President was pre-emptively sowing doubt about the election results. He was just looking for an excuse, a pretext to cover for the truth. He's not just a former President. He's a defeated former President," Biden said.

📃 The chief executive of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, has filed a lawsuit to challenge the subpoena by the 6 January Capitol riot panel requesting his phone records.

“I wasn’t there on 6 January and yes they did subpoena my phone records but we filed a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief against the 6 January committee and Verizon to completely invalidate this corrupt subpoena,” Lindell said in a text message to CNBC.

📌 Last month, CNBC reported that Lindell appeared to spend $25 million since Election Day in 2020 to support Donald Trump's claims about the alleged "election fraud".

Biden is working hard to try and deflect the incompetent job he is doing, and has done, on the horrible Afghanistan withdrawal (surrender), the Borders, COVID, Inflation, loss of Energy Independence, and much more. Everything he touches turns to failure. That’s what you get when you have a rigged Election.
⚡️ New US sanctions on Nord Stream 2 would undermine European unity if passed by Congress, the State Department said on Thursday
Florida Governor @RonDeSantisChannel is outraged by comparisons of last year's Capitol riots to the 9/11 attacks.

🗣 "It's interesting how everything in our society becomes very politicized, and so today – honestly, I'm not going to watch any of it – you're going to see the D.C./ New York media, this is their Christmas, Jan. 6," DeSantis said.

🗣 "But let's just be clear here: When they try to act like this is something akin to the September 11 attacks, that is an insult to the people that were going into those buildings."

🎬 Twitter joins Instagram in copying TikTok’s reaction videos

Twitter has announced that it’s testing a feature called “quote tweet with reaction,” where you can embed a copy of a tweet into a photo or video instead of just replying to it with text.

While it’s relatively easy for the platform to moderate regular quote tweets, it’s harder to programmatically scan the contents of a photo or video. It’s also not clear whether you’ll be able to opt out from reaction tweets like you can with Twitter’s photo-tagging feature or limit who’s able to react to your tweets like you can with replies.
