“Islamic Resistance fighters launched a rocket attack on a site where enemy manpower is concentrated in the settlement of Kiryat Shmona,” the movement's press office stated in a recent statement on Friday.

“In response to months of continuous attacks from the regime in Iran against the State of Israel – right now the Israel Defense Forces is conducting precise strikes on military targets in Iran,” the statement read.

"At approximately 02:00 [11 p.m. GMT Friday], the Israeli enemy carried out an air attack with a salvo of missiles from the territory of Lebanon and the occupied Golan Heights, attacking a number of military positions in the southern and central regions. Our air defense systems responded to the enemy missiles and shot down several of them," the ministry said.

"Over 100 planes were involved in the 2000 k.m. attack, including the cutting-edge F-35," the news agency claimed.

"Iran is ready to respond to Israel's aggression. Iran reserves the right to respond to any aggression, and there is no doubt that Israel will receive a similar response to any aggression," the source told Tasnim.

"Today, we, the Leaders of the Group of Seven (G7), have reached a consensus on how to deliver approximately $50 billion in Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration (ERA) loans to Ukraine," said the announcement posted on the Italian government's website.

"These loans will be serviced and repaid by future flows of extraordinary revenues stemming from the immobilization of Russian Sovereign Assets, in line with the respective legal systems of G7 countries and international law... Our aim is to begin disbursing the funds by the end of the year," the statement added.

“I can now confirm that we have concluded the Israeli response to Iran’s attacks against Israel,” IDF spokesperson Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said in an official statement.
