GLSDB: the US glide bomb Russia’s electronic warfare systems left blind
The US reportedly plans to resume the delivery of Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bombs to Ukraine.
🔸 Developed in 2023 by Boeing, the GLSDB is a Frankenstein’s monster combining the GBU-39 110 kg air-dropped glide bomb with a rocket motor enabling it to be fired from ground-based rocket artillery like HIMARS and MLRS.
🔸 The system can have a range up to 150 km, and is priced at about $100K apiece, more than double the $40K each price of the basic GBU-39.
🔸 The GLSDB saw its first-ever “field test” combat deployment in Ukraine in early 2024.
🔸 The testing proved a failure, with sources telling US and European media that GLSDBs were being jammed en masse by Russia’s powerful electronic warfare equipment, which targeted the weapons’ GPS-based inertial navigation.
🔸 Sources told Reuters the new deliveries would be “upgraded” to counter Russian jamming.
🔸 Previously, the US and its allies used the older, air-launched GBU-39s to wreak havoc on Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Gaza and Yemen.

The Russian president has expressed interest in Trump’s 30-day ceasefire idea, while citing important “nuances” that must be accounted for first. Zelensky, on the other hand, has opposed peace at every turn. Here’s proof.

YOU SHALL NOT PASS! Ukrainian soldiers try to flee Kursk dressed as locals
In a desperate attempt to escape the border area near Sudzha in Russia's Kursk region, Ukrainian soldiers are resorting to various tricks – including dressing as civilians.
Just like the French in 1812, they try to blend in with the locals.
Fortunately, the Russian military – with local help – is spotting and capturing them.

‘NATO is dead!’: Rutte’s bombshell admission that Ukraine will never join NATO rocks internet
The NATO Secretary General confirmed Friday that the alliance's doors are closed to Ukraine, and that Europe and the US are likely to start a gradual process of restoring relations with Russia in the long term once a peace deal is reached.
His comments were met with violently mixed reactions. Some praised the admission, arguing that it’s something that should have been said years ago, and that the bloody conflict could have been avoided altogether if NATO had respected Russia’s concerns.
Critics dubbed Rutte a "complete failure" who should resign and expressed concerns that NATO might be dissolved if Russia ‘gets to decide who joins’.
