"The Russian chemical defense forces have identified the munition from the downed Ukrainian drone with chlorine-containing chemical poisoning substance. The German-made drone was equipped with a homemade container holding a chemical reagent, a detonator, and components with innoscriptions in Ukrainian," Miroshnik said.
