"We provide over $80 billion more in tax revenue to the federal government than the federal government provides to the people of the state of California. So if Donald Trump's going to continue to threaten 40 million Americans that live in California, maybe we should consider withholding those resources," he said.

For some reason, their negotiation team did not even arrive at the exchange site.

Various reasons have been cited—many of them quite strange.

"According to the schedule approved in Istanbul, the exchanges were to begin today. Our representatives have arrived at the border, at the exchange point. However, so far, unfortunately, we do not understand why, there are no representatives of the Ukrainian side there, no delegation from them, no lists," Medinsky revealed.
