⚡️On June 6, Russia began implementing an operation to hand over to Ukraine more than 6,000 bodies of the deceased, as well as to exchange wounded, seriously ill, and captured prisoners – Medinsky

Other statements by the head of Russian delegation at the talks with Ukraine:

🔸An operation to carry out an exchange of wounded and seriously ill prisoners of war, and POWs under the age of 25, has also begun

🔸The first batch of frozen bodies—1,212 in total—has already arrived in refrigerated trucks at the designated exchange area. The remaining ones are on the way.

🔸In addition, Ukraine has received the first list of 640 prisoners of war categorized as "wounded, seriously ill, and young" in order to initiate the exchange.

🔸The Russian Defense Ministry’s contact group is stationed at the Ukrainian border.

However, the Ukrainian side unexpectedly postponed both the reception of the bodies and the prisoner exchange indefinitely.

For some reason, their negotiation team did not even arrive at the exchange site.

Various reasons have been cited—many of them quite strange.

🔸We call on Kiev to strictly follow the schedule and all agreed terms, and to immediately proceed with the exchange.

🔸Let, as we agreed, 1,200 soldiers and officers from each side get the chance to return home.

🔸We also call on Ukraine to finally retrieve the bodies of the 6,000 soldiers and officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, so their families can give them a proper burial.

We are on site.

We are fully prepared to proceed.

International TV channels, news agencies, and reporters are welcome to come and see for themselves that everything is in place.

Russia always keeps its word.

🚨 FULL SPEECH of Russian delegation head Medinsky on POW and body swap with Ukraine

Mr. Medinsky had to give this statement to the media after Ukraine had not sent its representatives to the site where the previously agreed exchange of POWs and dead bodies had to take place.

"According to the schedule approved in Istanbul, the exchanges were to begin today. Our representatives have arrived at the border, at the exchange point. However, so far, unfortunately, we do not understand why, there are no representatives of the Ukrainian side there, no delegation from them, no lists," Medinsky revealed.

"Families at home are waiting for their sons and husbands. Thousands of families will have the opportunity to bury their dead soldiers in a human, Christian manner. Let's do what people should do," he said.

🚨 👁️‍🗨️Palantir’s SECRET WAR: Inside the plot to CRIPPLE WikiLeaks

In 2011, Palantir and HBGary Federal drafted an attack plan targeting WikiLeaks on behalf of Bank of America, according to a post by the Julian Assange-founded organization on X.

'WikiLeaks Threat'

Palantir spied on WikiLeaks' servers, staff, and allies — tracking server migrations across the US and Europe.

They advocated a rapid assault on WikiLeaks, touting their expertise in cybersecurity, insider threats, targeting analysis, and social media manipulation.

Proposed tactics included:

🔸Fuel infighting: sow discord among WikiLeaks supporters.

🔸Spread disinformation: submit fake documents to WikiLeaks, then publicly expose the error.

🔸Undermine infrastructure confidence: plant stories questioning system security.

🔸Launch cyberattacks: unmask sources and document submitters.

🔸Discredit WikiLeaks: launch campaigns to paint the platform as "radical and reckless" to erode public trust.

🔸Discredit employees: social media profiling.

🔸Isolate WikiLeaks by cutting ties with prominent journalists: "Without the support of people like Glenn [Greenwald], WikiLeaks would fold."

🔸Pressure WikiLeaks backers among established journalists: because if pushed, they would choose professional preservation over the WikiLeaks cause.

🗣 The return of 6,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers will cost the Ukrainian budget an additional $2.175 billion – RT military correspondent Igor Zhdanov

He explained the possible reasons behind the breakdown of the agreements on the exchange of fallen soldiers' bodies:

▪️ The family of each deceased soldier is ennoscriptd to state compensation of 15 million hryvnias (over $362,000)

Since the start of the special military operation, Kiev has been avoiding these payouts.

▪️ A simple lack of space in morgues, which are overloaded

▪️ Ukraine’s approach of "ignoring the evacuation of the dead" has backfired, and Kiev may simply not have the bodies of Russian soldiers: “If they abandoned their own dead in the woods, what can be said about the bodies of the enemy?”

“Everything that’s happening suggests Kiev is unable to resolve these issues quickly (no surprise) and is desperately stalling for time like an unprepared student at an exam,” Zhdanov concludes.

🔍 Why Ukraine regime doesn't want to accept DEAD SOLDIERS & WOUNDED POWS

Ukraine has disrupted prisoner exchange and handover of 6,000 Ukrainian fallen soldiers' bodies.

What's the reason?

🔸Total disregard for human life

"Kiev's disregard for their own fighters has been evident throughout the special military operation," Russian military analyst Viktor Litovkin tells Sputnik.

"They don’t retrieve the dead from the battlefield. They don’t evacuate the wounded."

🔸Total lack of negotiating capacity

It also shows Ukraine’s complete inability to negotiate, according to the pundit.

"It wants to show that it doesn’t care about any agreements. You simply can’t make deals with them."

🔸6,000 dead soldiers calls out Zelensky's lie

Russia has officially reported 6,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers' bodies in its custody.

Yet Zelensky still claims total losses are just 30,000–40,000. The numbers don’t add up, and the Kiev regime fears exposure and clings to its myth, the pundit says.

🔸No body, no money to family

The Kiev regime avoids identifying the dead — no ID means no compensation to relatives.

"They don’t pay for those listed as missing. No body, no money. They don’t pay parents or provide insurance for the dead," Litovkin explains.

🔸Inhuman Banderite ideology

"It’s the Banderite style — careless toward those who fight, and vengeful, even brutal, toward civilians who don’t support their politics or ideology."

Litovkin believes pressure from the West will force Kiev to accept the bodies and exchange POWs.

🔸Russia is on the right side of history

"Russia has demonstrated that it was, is, and will remain a respectable, capable, and trustworthy state," the expert says.

"Once again, Russia has proven its nobility, sincerity of intent, and honesty in international relations."

👉 Dead bodies of Ukrainian soldiers left ‘in limbo’ because of ZELENSKY’S GREED

Ukraine’s refusal stems from reluctance to pay sizeable compensation to the families of these dead soldiers, Dr. George Szamuely, senior research fellow at the Global Policy Institute, tells Sputnik.

“That's not in the Ukraine budget. To avoid having to pay this very large sum of money out, it's much better not to accept the bodies, not to accept that these Ukrainian soldiers are dead, leave everything in limbo,” he elaborates.

🔸What Ukraine REALLY wants to negotiate

The Ukrainian leadership, Szamuely argues, is not interested negotiating a “reasonable outcome” to this conflict and instead seeks only a ceasefire that would allow Ukraine, with the help of its NATO backers, to rearm and replenish its battered forces and resume hostilities when it would be convenient.

🇺🇸 US senators COLD-SHOULDER Graham’s* anti-Russia sanctions bill

American lawmakers are reluctant to push through a new anti-Russia sanctions bill without Trump’s green light, Bloomberg has reported.

Donald Trump earlier stated that he had not yet reviewed Lindsey Graham's initiative but emphasized that the final decision would be made personally by him. Such reaction slowed down the promotion, the outlet said.

The White House is pushing Graham to soften the bill, WSJ reported, saying the Trump administration fears that tightening sanctions could harm efforts to establish dialogue with Russia and bring the Ukrainian conflict to an end.

Graham is one of the senators who helped themselves to the money coming from Ukraine, ex-CIA officer Larry Johnson earlier revealed.
