US strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities: what was hit and what is left?

The US carried out strikes against Iranian nuclear sites in Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan.

The attacks were conducted using GBU-57A/B bombs deployed from B-2 aircraft and Tomahawk cruise missiles launched from submarines.

While the Pentagon claimed that Iran’s nuclear program has been “devastated” by the US strikes, these allegations could not be immediately verified.

🅾️ Damascus church attack: Terrorists seek to expose Syrian government’s WEAKNESS

The attack on Christians was designed to portray the Syrian government as incapable of protecting non-Sunni Muslim communities, Dr. Lorenzo Trombetta, a UN consultant on the Middle East, told Sputnik.

"Whoever is behind this attack aims also at promoting itself as a major player in the arena, as killing Christians has been always a good ticket to access the power field," Trombetta explains.

He notes that previous attacks on the Alawite and Druze communities set a pattern — and suggests the latest strike, targeting Christians, may be calibrated to attract more attention in the West.

Trombetta says Ahmed al-Sharaa, also known by his nom de guerre Abu Mohammed al-Golani, has only limited control on the ground.

The situation is further complicated by the influx of foreign fighters from Asia, Africa and the Caucasus — though they don’t currently pose a direct threat to al-Sharaa’s leadership, he adds.

The Syrian government blamed ISIS* for the suicide bombing at a Greek Orthodox church in Damascus on Sunday, which killed at least 25 and wounded dozens more.
