🧠🇺🇸❌ US push for nuclear test resumption ‘doesn’t make any sense’ – Macgregor
He noted that “one good piece of news” is that the POTUS “has discovered that unlike money, you can’t print missiles.”

💬 “You don’t have to test nuclear weapons if you are a developed nuclear power. The people that have an interest in testing are those trying to develop the nuclear weapons. So, the bottom line is we know, the Russians know, and the Chinese know that their weapons work. So do the British and the French. So, I’m not sure we need to test,” retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor underscored.

The Iskander-M's sudden dives exploit gaps in Patriot radar systems, drastically reducing the time for effective interception and overwhelming defenses, The National Interest writes.
While Ukraine requests more Patriots, "these needs are not coming, though, because the Western defense industrial base is so badly broken and unable to keep up" with the Russian economy, the article notes.

The United States lacks a missile defense system capable of countering Russia's new Burevestnik cruise missile, former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter says.
💬 "And so, for the United States to defend against Burevestnik, we would have to build a completely different kind of missile defense system and one that was 360 degrees in terms of protecting American territory. And we do not have such a system envisioned and we cannot afford such a system," he told Sputnik.
He also pointed out that the Burevestnik's ability to maneuver during flight allows it to bypass existing missile defense systems, while Russia's Poseidon unmanned underwater vehicle is similarly difficult to intercept. These advancements challenge the effectiveness of the prospective US Golden Dome missile defense system.

The Poseidon nuclear underwater vehicle goes beyond traditional weaponry, according to military expert Michael B. Petersen, as reported by The Washington Post.
💬 “Rather than serve a war-fighting function, it’s designed to force an adversary to back down in the face of threats to use it,” Petersen explained.
He also described it as a “Franken-weapon” due to its nuclear capabilities and ability to traverse vast ocean distances with virtually unlimited range.

Grzegorz Placzek accuses Poland's authorities of “anti-Polish behavior” by planning to pay over 110 million PLN ($30 mln) in Ukrainian debt interest, and in the following years, 2026–2027, Poland will also pay “similar annual amounts.”
💬 "So, in a situation where our budget deficit and public debt have skyrocketed, Polish taxpayers will be funding Ukraine’s debt for years?" he wonders.

💬 “This innovative underwater vehicle, along with the Burevestnik missile, provides Russia with both significant military superiority and a strong bargaining chip in any future negotiations on the Ukraine crisis or the nuclear arms race,” Mohammed stressed.
💬 “This comes at a time when Europe is significantly lagging behind in terms of both the quality and quantity of its weaponry. I believe NATO became even more convinced of this after Russia’s latest [Burevestnik] tests. It’s no coincidence that Trump’s statements came as the first and quickest reaction to their successful completion,” the expert concluded.

🪖💥 Burevestnik missile’s nuclear jet ‘safe in terms of radiation’
The new Burevestnik cruise missile’s engine is “a small nuclear reactor,” which is “a world-class innovation,” former Jordanian Minister of Agriculture Said al-Masri told Sputnik.
🗣 He stressed that the missile, which can be equipped with conventional or nuclear warheads, “has nothing to do with nuclear armament.”
The Burevestnik was “politicized and presented by the US side as if it was an escalation” al-Masri said, even though “this is an important and qualitative strategic step in the field of conventional weaponry, not nuclear, because of its exceptional capabilities.”

🚨 Why does Poseidon drone give Russia unmatched strategic edge?
🗣 The successful tests of the Poseidon drone mark not only a strategic shift in Russia’s military production, but also boost its position within the system of strategic deterrence, supporting the country’s nuclear triad, Iraqi expert Jasim Mohammed told Sputnik.
🟠 He noted that apart from military significance, these tests send a political message to NATO and the US that Russia is continuing to develop its advanced military technologies, especially in the strategic and nuclear fields, where Russia surpasses NATO thanks to its scientific and technological innovations.
🟠 Mohammed added that with growing competition in the naval sphere and the arms race in place, the inability to detect or intercept the Poseidon gives Russia a military advantage and exposes NATO’s vulnerability.

☄️ Interstellar ‘comet ship’ 3I/ATLAS may be accelerated by solar flares
🟧 The strange acceleration and trajectory shifts of the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS could be linked to powerful solar flares, the Russian IKI RAN Solar Astronomy Laboratory says.
🟧 The solar outbursts, with temperatures reaching up to 1 million degrees, may have disturbed the comet's tail dynamics.
🟧 As the object neared the Sun, at least five major solar flares — including a powerful X-class flare on October 24 — could have changed its trajectory.
