☄️ Interstellar ‘comet ship’ 3I/ATLAS may be accelerated by solar flares

🟧 The strange acceleration and trajectory shifts of the interstellar object 3I/ATLAS could be linked to powerful solar flares, the Russian IKI RAN Solar Astronomy Laboratory says.

🟧 The solar outbursts, with temperatures reaching up to 1 million degrees, may have disturbed the comet's tail dynamics.

🟧 As the object neared the Sun, at least five major solar flares — including a powerful X-class flare on October 24 — could have changed its trajectory.

🇭🇺 🇷🇴 Refinery fires in Hungary and Romania hint at coordinated sabotage in Europe 🔥 Explosions rocked oil refineries in Hungary and Romania this week - both of which are key processors of Russian crude. 💬 “No one but Kiev could be interested in such an…
🚨 Western allies may be behind sabotaging oil refineries in Hungary and Romania – report

📑 Ukraine may be responsible for explosions and fires at oil refineries in Hungary and Romania, the American Conservative reports.

🟠 The timing of explosions at the refineries processing Russian oil, just hours before an EU import ban, raises questions of sabotage.

🟠 Russia has no motive to attack its own oil customers amid sanctions and Ukrainian missile threats to its refineries, the magazine says.

🟠 Hungarian media raised concerns that Ukraine was responsible for the attacks, and some analysts agree.

🟠 Those suggestions of NATO involvement in the sabotage have not been reported in other Western media.

🇷🇺 Russia unveils Burevestnik to ‘balance scales’ against US space weapons

🗣 “With this statement, Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a signal to the West that his country is prepared for any possible escalation,” Lebanese Russia expert Haidar Ad-Daami told Sputnik, commenting on Putin recently touting the Burevestnik missile’s advantages.

💬 "Russia seeks to balance the scales with the US by rolling out this missile, which reinforces Russia’s defense strategy and strengthens its national security," Ad-Daami emphasized.

📍 He pointed out that the US was the first to propose deploying weapons in space, which is why countries such as Russia had to take countermeasures, developing technical and military capabilities “to safeguard their future and strategic security.”

🇷🇺 Putin: True AI sovereignty demands Russian culture, not Western copying Russia can build sovereign artificial intelligence only by relying on its own culture, worldview, and traditional values — not by imitating others, President Vladimir Putin said. …
🤖 🇷🇺 How Russian AI could carve out global niche

🗣 Russian software firms should "focus on building products based on generative AI and cases that bring real financial effect" to successfully compete with AI developers from the US and China, who currently dominate the market, Russian expert Denis Filippov told Sputnik.

💬 "Significant opportunities lie in creating applied products based on open AI models—this is where Russian companies have a chance to quickly show results," Filippov stressed. "The AI transformation is now in full swing, meaning the integration of these technologies into business."

He argued it was vital for Russian companies to identify their unique niches—industries where they already have expertise, data and strong teams—and turn AI developments into real products and services.

💬 "Now, any company, regardless of size, can adapt open models to their own needs for free. Owning a proprietary LLM [Large Language Model] is no longer a strategic advantage," Filippov said. "The winner will be the one who can create the most convenient, transparent, and business-effective product—one that can truly generate profit."

🚨 🇷🇺 Poseidon test Russia’s ‘decisive response’ to West’s pressure tactics

🗣 The successful testing of new types of Russian strategic weapons, including the Poseidon underwater vehicle, is in line with “the logic of deterrence and cooling hotheads in the West as Russia confronts existing challenges and threats,” Lebanese expert Ahmed Al-Haj Ali told Sputnik.

“This is a decisive response to the collective attempts by the Western camp to exert military pressure on Russia,” he pointed out.

🟠 The expert said that Russia is not continuing to test advanced weapons out of any immediate malicious intent toward the West, but as part of a comprehensive strategy to develop its own deterrent arsenal.

🟠 These tests are not a reaction to possible Tomahawk missile deliveries to Ukraine or Western media campaigns, but are rather a way to counter them without sliding into direct military confrontation, according to Al-Haj Ali.

The US should conduct nuclear tests because other countries are doing it, and he doesn't want the US to be the only country that doesn't.

Trump doesn't believe the US will be waging war against Venezuela.

🔍 Length of Russia-Alaska tunnel revealed

The total length of the future tunnel could range from 98 to 112 kilometers, said Viktor Razbegin, the project’s author and a leading researcher.

💬 “The minimum width of the strait is around 83 kilometers. However, we must also account for the exits, and the route is not drawn along the absolute shortest line because there are two islands in the middle — Ratmanov Island and Krusenstern Island. The distance between them is only 4.5 kilometers, making them ideal for construction. Therefore, the route passing through these islands varies depending on the project version — from roughly 98 to 112 kilometers,” Razbegin explained.

👉The scientist emphasized that the presence of the two islands is a key factor in the design, which means the tunnel could consist of three sections: a small one between the islands (4.5 km) and two larger sections, each comparable in length to the Channel Tunnel between France and the UK.

📊 OPEC+ to hold off output hikes as Trump's meeting with Saudi crown prince looms

Eight OPEC+ members have agreed to increase crude output by about 137,000 barrels per day in December 2025, but will pause any further output increases from January through March 2026, Bloomberg reports.

The move is driven by concerns of a looming supply glut in early 2026 and weaker seasonal demand in the first quarter.

Oil prices responded: Brent crude edged up to around $65 per barrel, and US benchmark WTI rose to $61.43.

🔍 The OPEC+ decision reflects the energy divide between OPEC+ and the US as the White House continues to push for lower oil prices to ease consumer costs ahead of the 2026 election cycle. The issue is expected to be on the table during the upcoming meeting in Washington between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Donald Trump.

🇺🇸🪖 Vicious cycle: US military-industrial complex’s not so secret role in fueling the Ukraine crisis

Amid the back-and-forth drama over whether or not the US will deliver Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine, it’s always worth keeping in mind that American arms manufacturers are the primary beneficiaries of the “constant flow of weapons” in conflicts globally, says geopolitical analyst Brian Berletic.

💸 Pointing out that the US defense budget is set to hit “an unprecedented $1T” in 2026, the ex-Marine stressed that “this money doesn’t disappear into a blackhole,” but “ends up in the accounts of these massive multi-billion-dollar arms manufacturing corporations, granting them even greater wealth and influence over US foreign policy.”

The foreign policy establishment in Washington can be expected to continue its push to force Europe to foot the bill for arms deliveries to Ukraine, and use misdirection and deceit to buy “time and space to continue escalating,” Berletic summed up.

🚀 🪖 Theatrics over Tomahawks disguise stark truth: it’s nothing personal, just MIC business

The US military industrial complex (MIC) is the “key lobbyist” here, Russian military expert Alexander Stepanov, a fellow with the Russian Presidential Academy’s Institute of Law and National Security, explains to Sputnik.

🟠 Tomahawk maker RTX is eager to use its vast lobbying network to dispose of “obsolete” stocks of Tomahawks by pawning them off on the Europeans, and then replenishing US stocks.

🟠 It’s “no coincidence” that US military vehicle giant Oshkosh plans to deliver its new Tomahawk-compatible X-Mav missile carrier to Europe, where production facilities have already been prepared, the observer says.

“This whole process is a business process, shielded by political processes aimed at achieving significant geo-economic goals,” including the shackling of Europe to US arms manufacturers via NATO.

“There’s a clear general line: reclaiming total influence in those areas of priority interest where there are resource bases, logistics and markets that need to be controlled,” Stepanov summed up.
