✅ Rewards update
How do we compute the rewards?
1. Every Friday, we tally up how many utterances have been validated per wallet
2. 1 validated utterance = USD 0.10
3. We convert your USD rewards into SNS based on the price that day
4. We send the SNS tokens to you wallet address

Have we sent out the rewards?
:: 1st batch of rewards was sent on Sept 25
:: 2nd batch of rewards was sent yesterday, Oct 2

Notes:
:: For the first batch of rewards, there was a bug on our system which made it show more validated utterances per wallet than the actual number. This means that we overpaid most people, and in some cases it was almost double the amount that was supposed to be rewarded

:: This bug has been fixed! For the overpaid amount, we'll just hold on to the rewards until it's fully "paid" by the user

:: Starts this week; the next reward distribution will take this to account already
:: Note that we'll start the count from this week's validations only ✌️

✅ Upcoming feature to improve submission time
:: David and the dev team working on a feature that will allow submissions without needing to sign transactions, resulting to a smoother and faster submission process
:: This could be rolled out as early as the next sprint, we'll keep you posted!

✅ Upcoming feature showing rejection reason codes
:: Suggested by the community, we're working on a feature to let validators indicate the reason for rejection
:: There'll be 4 to 5 main reasons for a submission to be rejected, and builders will be able to see which one applies to their rejected submission. Shout out to #megnuts for the the reason codes suggestion 🙌
:: This will help with transparency from the validators side and help builders to better understand and improve their submissions
:: We'll keep you posted when we can implement this!

:: The team is preparing guidelines and training materials for onboarding validators.
:: More details on this soon, but the core requirement will be good performance as a builder

Train2Earn requirement to collect additional 1,000 $SNS from staked Kanons

#everyone
Kanons currently staked will continue receiving the SNS rewards on kanon.exchange until Oct 25, 9pm PST. After that time, holders are required to contribute a modest number of validated ontologies before they can claim the additional 1,000 $SNS tokens.

Please see details below:

✅ For each Kanon you have staked, you need 15 validated utterances to get 1,000 SNS. If you have 2 Kanons staked, you'll need a total of 30 validated submissions to get 2,000 SNS, and so on

✅ You need to use the same wallet you used for staking the Kanons on kanon.exchange

✅ We'll check the validated utterances weekly and send the 1,000 tokens once you've accumulated 20 validated utterances. We'll start the count of validated utterances this week.

Synesians, the past week has certainly been an eventful one for crypto. We hope you're all doing okay.

:: We're simplifying our reward system for the open beta
:: We won't use the USD 0.007 to 0.01 SNS price range anymore
:: We'll continue using the weekly average price when converting to SNS to account for volatility
:: This will effectively bring our reward closer or right on USD 0.25 / validated utterance

✅ Train2Earn Open Beta new system deployment
:: The dev team has been hard at work to deploy the new system for Open Beta that will solve the current issues
:: They're aiming to complete this over the weekend, and hopefully we can launch new campaigns and builders can start submitting again next week

:: Some of our OGs are transitioning into mod roles! You've most likely interacted with them before
:: they're among the most supportive, welcoming, and open in sharing constructive feedback in the community

Train2Earn Open Beta Back Online!

Hi @everyone ! The team has successfully deployed the new system and new campaigns are up. Also, these new campaigns will be used for creating our very own Synesis One conversational AI 🔥

All campaigns are set at 255 validate utterances requirement. Meaning the campaigns will close and the remaining submissions can no longer be validated once we reach 255 validated utterances. Please keep this in mind when submitting.

Here are more details on how you can get the 2,000 SNS Bonus for staking your Kanon NFTs and participating in Train2Earn (aka the DYF promotion).

1️⃣ First, this bonus SNS only applies to Kanon holders that have staked their NFTs at http://kanon.exchange/

2️⃣ You need to get 20 validated submissions on our Train2Earn platform to be eligible for the 2,000 SNS bonus.

:: Note that you'll still be rewarded USD 0.25 (in SNS) per validated submission, which is distributed weekly.

What is Train2Earn and is it another ponzinomics?

✅ No, the entire tokenomics of Train2Earn is architected to be a sustainable economy supported by revenues from real world companies.

✅ Unlike a game, the Train2Earn platform has micro-tasks for community members to complete. Upon validation of the completed micro-tasks, the contributor gets rewarded.

So where does the reward come from?

✅ Companies that need the raw data, data labeling, or data annotation services are the ones who are paying money up front to fund these micro-tasks. The entire budget, minus platform fee, goes to toward rewarding the contributors, or Builders in our ecosystem.

✅ Simply put, as long as the payment from companies for data processing tasks is greater than the rewards given out, the entire system is self sustaining.

✅ Of course Train2Earn isn't as fun as playing games, but it generates real world value that companies are willing to pay for.
