The assembled Americans took to the Lincoln Memorial to "condemn Washington's lunatic move towards a third world war."
👔 Among the protesters was Biden's colleague (at that time still a senator) Tara Reid, who said that she had come out to protest against the US "proxy war".
🇺🇸 Also among the participants was ex-US Colonel Anna Wright, who left the armed forces in 2003 after the US invaded Iraq.
✔️ The participants of the meeting were holding anti-war posters, symbols of isolationism and even Russian flags.
