По поводу набора людей на контракт в МО РФ

Уже несколько дней слежу за небольшим стендом, на котором консультируют по поводу службы по контракту. Там такая тишина...

Изначально не верно выбран ключевой мотив кампании - деньги. Они для людей готовых сложить голову за отечество - вторичны.

Сама кампания из рук вон плохо оформлена и продумана. Явно взяли каких-то своих бесталанных маркетологов. Такое ощущение, что это профанация, ну чтобы президенту показать, мол работает во всю. А почему не идут? Ну кто этих русских поймет, ленивые, трусливые и тд.

Мы с Вами прекрасно понимаем, что русские не ленивые, и не трусливые, и вообще нормальные парни. Но с ними говорить никто не хочет, обращаться к их ценностям никто не желает.

Русских можно призвать на служение. Выйти и сказать: "Братцы, на миру и смерть красна, встанем за дом и отечество, истребим врага!". Ну а дальше по вкусу, за Христа и Россию или Гой, Роде, Гой! А потом прям придется сказать, докуда надо дойти, чтобы его вражину истребить, и придется идти.

Почему не призывают, а пытаются заманить фантастическими премиями "50 тысяч за каждый километр продвижения в составе штурмового отряда"?

Есть несколько причин.
1. Сами авторы подхода верят только в деньги, они в Христа, Россию, Рода не верят.
2. Призыв людей накладывает на авторов ответственность, которой все сторонятся.
3. Призыв - это во многом признание ошибок в политике последних лет, в стратегическом планировании, в военных закупках, во всех сферах, из-за которых людей приходится "призывать".
4. А если говорим про ошибки, то надо говорить об ответственности, надо называть и наказывать виноватых. Все. Тупик.

Заманить русских на войну длинным рублем, идея хорошая, но она не сработает. А призвать русских, сделать хорошую вербовочную кампанию, ни ума, ни чести не хватит.

Мой прогноз такой: будут долго мучаться, потом скажут главнокомандующему, что по-хорошему не получается, и снова заберут на принудительной основе, в самое неподходящее для этого время года.
