fyi I predicted to British spooks via a tap (under brutal torture from USAF Space Command) in 2014 they would use biological weapons, most likely Ebola, but as they hadn't managed to get the various strains of Ebola to work better (spread better) it would or might likely be another pathogen that would be released first that would solve that problem of absence of spread.
