The Ebola got arguably dumped (congo) 10th April 2020; so they have a nice large pool of Ebola they can collect anytime for distribution in the west.

Now a COVID vaccine is on the horizon, no prizes for guesswork on when the right time to release Ebola is ...

My advice, if it appears, lockdown (regardless of advice) where ever you are in the world, and stay locked down.

fyi I predicted to British spooks via a tap (under brutal torture from USAF Space Command) in 2014 they would use biological weapons, most likely Ebola, but as they hadn't managed to get the various strains of Ebola to work better (spread better) it would or might likely be another pathogen that would be released first that would solve that problem of absence of spread.
