Purpose --- Space-grade processor for launch vehicles & mission-critical avionics
Architecture --- 32-bit general-purpose
Floating Point --- 64-bit floating-point operations
Language Support --- Ada (widely used in aerospace systems)
Integrated Interfaces --- On-chip MIL-STD-1553B bus interface
Fabrication --- 180nm CMOS technology at SCL
Operating Range --- -55°C to +125°C
Space Qualification --- Proven in PSLV-C60 mission (POEM-4 module)
Why It Matters:
- First fully indigenous 32-bit processor qualified for space use.
