YouTube is raising the minimum age to livestream.

Starting July 22, creators must be 16 or older to go live.

Creators aged 13-15 can still appear in livestreams, but only if visibly accompanied by an adult. Otherwise, live chat will be disabled and remove the stream from the platform.
